Normally it's a good think, have had them forget a sandwhich in an order or 2 already. Today when we left the hospital my husband asked if I needed anything, I said mini bagels from dunking. Bless his heart, he bought me two orders. Really wanting them. I jump into them. The bottoms were cold and they were not heated through at all. So disappointed.

The woman working at the checkout is a very good employee, which cannot be said about the manager of this establishment, if it weren’t for the woman who alone took the order (online and offline), made coffee, processed ice cream, made smoothies, cocktails, etc., you can safely give 1 star! I RECOMMEND CHANGING THE MANAGER! The macchiato was great! . . . This place is not even care if the customers are waiting or not! Don’t even try to get anything from them tonight specially the white lady at midnight she came after 15 minutes wait then she said everybody needs to wait another 10-15 min how that possible

Seneca was nice, took our order accurately.The food maker Riley is very nasty and blatantly refused to speak to me after me saying thank you . Very talkative with Caucasian patrons though. It's OK I guess it how she was raised. I'm also very uncomfortable with her fiddling with that nasty nose ring while preparing food

The service was exceptionally slow. One person working the counter while an employee on break ate a donut at the counter while telling the working employee how to make her drink! Someone working in the back did not come out to help although there was a line. Watched 4 people leave the line due to the slowness. Save yourself a headache and find another Dunkin.

6 am, Friday morning - they’re open, the coffee is hot and the doughnuts fresh, and two very pleasant and efficient young ladies are working. Looks like whatever issue caused all the one-star reviews has been addressed - very positive experience.
This is the slowest dunning I’ve ever been too. 25 minutes for a coffee and sandwich. They arent even busy, just slow. Edit-I got my food back to my car and the egg on my sandwich was burnt to the point of being inedible.

Pros: It was open when we stopped at this rest area for a break in our long drive (9:30 am on a Friday); we eventually received our order and it tasted good.Cons: Cashier seemed unhappy to be there, and didn't communicate before stepping away multiple times from the cash register; neither bagels nor croissants were available (apparently they were being made at that time of the morning? Seemed odd that several of the listed breakfast options include bagels or croissants, but those wouldn't be available); everything took a long time from ordering to waiting for our order to come out.
