I get migraines when I use technology so I’m very ever on my phone. They forced me to use the kiosk system. I do not like using it. I shouldn’t have to be using the kiosk system. I should be able to go through the cashier and they did not give me the option. If I could I will give it a -80 stars to ridiculous that they forced me to do that and it needs to be looked at immediately the only place I have to do it at

The girl at the counter was a breath of fresh air. Got 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees with some donuts. Got my coffees and donuts quick but the sandwiches took at least 15 minutes from a very nasty girl who threw the bag at me. I think her name was Rachael. Shee needs fired, burnt my food and had a terrible attitude. Only will be back if the other girl is there.

The short chick behind the counter is priceless. Someone in line told me it would be good but I couldn’t fathom how. Bot was I wrong. I thought I was being punked. How does she still work here. She can’t place orders correctly on the screen. She can’t listen to an order that you are giving. I was literally ordering iced coffee. Not much to it. She is like a small gestapo. Free entertainment while road tripping from Chicago to the East coast. I’m coming back to record this next time. This needs to be a roadside attraction.

They had buses come into the Travel plaza. Beings the orders didn’t come out in order, someone else grabbed the drink I ordered and the line was insane to get the order corrected. Not happy with the experience
