It never fails. I come through here often and when I do I order coffee. Well each time the customer service at this place is straight trash. These girls tonight just seem like they just hate their job. I mean be a little outgoing at least, great your customers, tell them to have an amazing rest of your day or something. Maybe it's just the location. Still doesn't justify what should be worked on. Should be a class taught on how to meet and greet your customers. Do better Dunkin Donuts!!

I had the best dunkin experience in this location! The staff was friendly, and willing to help! Visited at 6PM on a Monday- would definitely stop back if driving through!

They don't scan your Dunkin app for any kind of rewards or promotions. "I don't control the app, I just control the store" is the robotic response the billing lady keeps telling.

So I never get coffees like what Dunkin sells, but being with my wife figured why not. So.... Got my coffee, was cinnamon and vanilla iced coffee. But it just tastes like coffee and ice. So my wife went back and asked if we could get some more flavor in it. Rachel, yes I'm name-dropping here because of how rude she was, LITERALLY huffed and puffed, said "it's in there", wife asked if she could add the flavor to it and she proceeded to man handle the coffee. Was very pronounced in banging my coffee on the counter. So.... Yeah, no thanks Dunkin.

7:30 AM on a Thursday morning and the girl sitting on her phone behind the counter says she’s not opening until 8 AM. The WORST Dunkin ever. I am a trucker and this is a common occurrence at this location.
Dec 6, 2023 at 745 am I ordered a medium latte and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. White male with long hair medium built made my sandwich and just casually left it on the counter without putting it in a bag. That was unsanitary and just rude and I was not happy about that.
