Used to stop in here pretty often. I can't pinpoint when the bread/ham changed, but it did, and it sucks. Not to mention the counter lady is rather unpleasant. Super rude. I'm not sure if she is related to the lady at the Johnstown location, but they act identically. After the last stop, I won't be back.

Worst place ever. I will never eat here again or any other Ems Subz. heard the manager repremanding her employees in front of customers.. very unprofessional. Also saw the manager throw a piece of bread towards one of the workers . I would never do that if I were management . As a former business owner I would have fired that manager instantly.. again worst place ever...

I had a small meatball sub. The roll was awesome! The marinara is fantastic! The meatball had absolutely no flavor at all? It was the most flavorless meatball I have ever eaten! I really hate to leave commits like this, but the meatball was such a letdown? I make my own meatballs, and everyone who has tried them wants to pay me to make them. Fresh Italian parsley, garlic, onion, and panko bread crumbs, granulated Parmesan cheese, simple ingredients that can turn this awful meatball into something fantastic.

Ordered 2 subs...they messed them both up...ever had a tuna sub with sliced turkey? Me neither. It suck! Got bot of them wrong...how bad is that. I called & they told me dive the 30 minutes back & we will make you another one for free. Jersey Mike's is coming. I can wait for a sub til then.
