Walked in was seated nice hostess recommendations on what to eat for breakfast was made by her.We sat there waiting for someone to acknowledge that we were there.I watched more be seated while we're still sat there waiting. When I saw people after us get waited on we left!! We never had a wait person come to our table even for drinks! Very disappointed.

This has to be the flagship store in the chain. The service here is amazing. It’s very clean. All the food was excellent and the place looks brand new inside. There’s a drive thru if you need it plus a giant elephant statue to take a picture with.

Wow everyone was so friendly and the building was so clean! The fish sandwich was massive and the salad bar looked amazing. The baked goods they had looked amazing. I didn't have a chance to try them. But what a neat regional chain we don't have back home!

I had lunch today with a friend at this restaurant. The salad bar was almost $15, and we could not make a plate worth that money. My friend asked for a grilled cheese since she could not eat enough from the salad bar. The sandwich came to her as 2 toasted pieces of bread and 4 kraft singles of unmelted cheese. She was only able to eat 2 bites of it. Nothing was done to offset our check which was $30. We will not be back.
The Eat & Park special hamburger just did not taste like we remembered from the past. Milkshake was delicious!

Super rude. Especially the servers. And some manager shar or something. Heard a server call a host an ahole. It seems like the servers really treats the hosts mean they yell at them. But I've had a server named reba who was incredibly nice. Any other server gives complete attitude. They sit and gossip no wonder it takes forever to get your food. Honestly don't waste your time.

This was our first time with this American dinner style chain restaurant and we really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty, more than fair portions, and very reasonable prices. We would definitely consider this chain next time we encounter them.
