We have resisted visited this location due to poor reviews we have seen regarding quality inconsistency. Because of this we normally wait until we are in the Greensburg area to visit that Five Guys location as we love the brand and quality service and product there (and other Five Guys locations). Today we broke down and gave the Somerset Five Guys a try for lunch, and have nothing but regrets.
First, our burger order arrived incorrectly — as my double burger with toppings was a single, and my wife’s single was the double. I was going to point this out to the cooks, but then checked the fries to see how they came out. They were completely uncrisp, soft — like they re-droppped the basket to reheat and all they did was make it worse. They tasted greasy and undercooked — like eating over blanched fries. I asked the cook if they could crisp them up, and he offered that it would only make they greasier. No offer to redo them.
This was at lunch where you would expect the product to come out fresh — not like it sat around. And it was not busy in the least. With the lack of concern from the cooks, I did not bring up the burger because I know it would go no where. Instead we pulled me of the burger patties off of my wife’s and put it on my — which of course made the whole sandwich fall about into 4 or 5 pieces of soggy, old tasting bun mess.
This two burger and one small fry meal was not a $30 dollar lunch. We expected it to taste freshly made. After the meal we both felt not great from the grease (finished less than half the fries) and regretted the overall choice.
Believe the bad reviews and choose a different place, or different Five Guys location. We wish we would have.

Ordered food around 9:30pm for medication and didn’t find out until after 11 that my order was no longer there or was ever there. Whether it was a bug in the app or lack of service I will not be getting food from this location. For that price ya would think there would be better service.

I cannot believe I just spent over $20 for a sloppy bacon cheeseburger with unripe tomatoes & yellow lettuce with limp, soggy fries. I will not be a repeat customer.

It all began when me and my 4 friends went to Five Guys at around 6pm on a Friday. The man.. (who I coincidentally knew)was making the fries. He’s pressed bc his ex was there with me and he took all his past anger out on us and put a mortal amount of salt on my fries. THEY WERE SO SALTY. And then when I asked for new ones the guy at the register looked mad. like what. Anyways my fries were so salty for no reason and that ho is pressed at me for no reason. I just wanted fries.
Rebecca was very nice and answered questions that I had. The staff was also were very helpful. The fries were the best that I have ever had.

I love five guys but I don't know if you changes you portions on your fries. A regular fries use to fill me and my husband and have left overs. What we got tonight wasn't it. We had to stop at McDonald's for more fries.

The standard is the standard and this place doesn’t have them.. employees literally wearing gloves and touching their cell phones, standing around , leaning against tables not cleaned off no napkins to be found anywhere… this isn’t social hour your to be working… When it comes to the burger itself this is absolutely ridiculous your telling me that burger is worth $13 without fries and a drink portions are way under portiond $26 wasted on a meal that can’t even leave you satisfied 5 guys has never been cheap but this is just uncalled in terms of service and value, your better off going to Wendy’s and actually get a warm and filling meal for cheaper. That actually tastes better
