Burger was what we expected. Great. Fries were the smallest Five Guys regular fries I have ever had (and I’ve eaten those fries up and down the east coast for over a decade).

Ordered food around 9:30pm for medication and didn’t find out until after 11 that my order was no longer there or was ever there. Whether it was a bug in the app or lack of service I will not be getting food from this location. For that price ya would think there would be better service.

I cannot believe I just spent over $20 for a sloppy bacon cheeseburger with unripe tomatoes & yellow lettuce with limp, soggy fries. I will not be a repeat customer.

It all began when me and my 4 friends went to Five Guys at around 6pm on a Friday. The man.. (who I coincidentally knew)was making the fries. He’s pressed bc his ex was there with me and he took all his past anger out on us and put a mortal amount of salt on my fries. THEY WERE SO SALTY. And then when I asked for new ones the guy at the register looked mad. like what. Anyways my fries were so salty for no reason and that ho is pressed at me for no reason. I just wanted fries.

I love five guys but I don't know if you changes you portions on your fries. A regular fries use to fill me and my husband and have left overs. What we got tonight wasn't it. We had to stop at McDonald's for more fries.

The standard is the standard and this place doesn’t have them.. employees literally wearing gloves and touching their cell phones, standing around , leaning against tables not cleaned off no napkins to be found anywhere… this isn’t social hour your to be working… When it comes to the burger itself this is absolutely ridiculous your telling me that burger is worth $13 without fries and a drink portions are way under portiond $26 wasted on a meal that can’t even leave you satisfied 5 guys has never been cheap but this is just uncalled in terms of service and value, your better off going to Wendy’s and actually get a warm and filling meal for cheaper. That actually tastes better
Best place to eat after a long exhausting day snowboarding at nearby Hidden Valley.

I was so excited for this burger joint to come to town but it’s been nothing but horrendous. We have went 3 times, 2 out of 3 were awful. First time they failed to let us know they had no cheese, complained and got a promotional card. Went back to use promotional card, they forgot to put my bacon on my sandwich and it was completely soggy and ALL LETTUCE. My patty was one of the thinnest smallest patties I’ve ever seen. Sad that I feel I get more out of Burger King than I do Five Guys here in Somerset.

Never have I ever been to any restaurant as friendly, happy, and caring as Five Guys in Somerset, PA. Although I have not eaten inside yet, they are always happy, joking around, and friendly with me. Food is delicious as always with five guys. I just got off work as a CNA in a nursing home and they really made my day. Every single worker wished me a Merry Christmas or a Happy Holidays and wished me a safe drive home. Couldn’t ask for better people! For anyone who has not eaten here, their servings are quite large: burger=2 patties, little burger=1 patty, little fries=medium fries at other places, so you definitely get your moneys worth!
