Rushed to order, tried to order sauce and was told we could ask at the window.. went to the window and was rushed.. not even given opportunity. When we finally stopped them to be able to ask AFTER they had cashed us out they told us they would have to charge our card again for sauce.. we wouldn’t have minded usually if we hadn’t ALREADY tried to order sauces and sauces and were paused mid sentence that we couldn’t order it it would be given at the window

The food is decent, not really any other options in somerset to get chicken. Everytime we order a family meal though we are either not given the sauces that we order with it or we're given one little cup to go with a 4 person family meal. It'd be a little more tolerable if everytime we ordered the staff didn't act like we had 3 heads and seem extremely inconvenienced that we would order to begin with (keep in mind this is HOURS before they close)

Horrible place I was a former worker for aj that just quit and let me say this horrible management and a very ignorant atmosphere he has 2 lady’s that works there one tried to basically sa me and the other was flat out pushy with me and they never seemed to really care about there job leaving dirtyness in fryers and leaving nasty oil and even letting food that’s supposed to only sit for 15 and 20 and 30 mins sit there for 2-3 hours and no one likes to clean properly up there so sorry for u guys for getting any type of stomach sicknesses. And one day I had to leave sick cause cellulitis and the manager literally used that as a excuse of why place is dirty and tried to pin it all on me and get mad when I text about it like aren’t u a manger ? Literally stopped working me as much and gave me a ignorant lazy attitude cause I had health issues

I love Long John Silvers Fish but not when it is luke warm and cold by the time you finish your meal same with the hush puppies cold when received. Also they cater to drive thru orders before customers inside even when they order after you

Got to kfc at 9:37pm. Got to the drive through speaker. Lady was rude. I waited for her to take my order, and much when she got back on the speaker to take my order she was rude. She took my order. I got to the window to pay she was rude. I asked what time they close she said 10 pm. But this time it was 9:40pm. She was rude and thought I couldn’t hear her she closed the window but I could still hear her complaining about me. Don’t go here. Rude people. If you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work.
Ordered food through the drive through and the the lady who took our order was rude and kept asking "is that everything?" Then our food was cold and hard as a rock. I won't be ordering from this place ever again! Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat.
