Didn't get what we ordered. Chicken was gummy,French frieS so hard I couldn't chew. Had to ask for straws. Asked for ketchup and told to wait till counter person finished next order. Place has really decreased in service and quality.

Elizabeth needs to learn some customer service i have met trolls nicer then her she was very rude when we were ordering food and was mad we didn't know what sides we wanted then ignored us when we asked for silverware

KFC Corporate should shut this place down. There online site does not work to order online. They don't answer there phone. so I drive there 12 miles and get there at 9:57 and they are closed Odd they say there open till 10:30. Fine We just ate 2 day old coyote meat was just as good..

I visited this restaurant for a special that they were running. The chicken sandwich "BOGO" special was prepared on time, the sandwich was fresh and the taste was very good. I ordered on line and the order was exactly as I ordered and was ready on time as well. A nice experience for a quick sandwich break before the Steeler game.

Rushed to order, tried to order sauce and was told we could ask at the window.. went to the window and was rushed.. not even given opportunity. When we finally stopped them to be able to ask AFTER they had cashed us out they told us they would have to charge our card again for sauce.. we wouldn’t have minded usually if we hadn’t ALREADY tried to order sauces and sauces and were paused mid sentence that we couldn’t order it it would be given at the window

The food is decent, not really any other options in somerset to get chicken. Everytime we order a family meal though we are either not given the sauces that we order with it or we're given one little cup to go with a 4 person family meal. It'd be a little more tolerable if everytime we ordered the staff didn't act like we had 3 heads and seem extremely inconvenienced that we would order to begin with (keep in mind this is HOURS before they close)
