I love Long John Silvers Fish but not when it is luke warm and cold by the time you finish your meal same with the hush puppies cold when received. Also they cater to drive thru orders before customers inside even when they order after you

They are good at what they do but they are often quite strange and need hand held through your entire order or they say something just outright doesn’t exist such as the fill up box pictured.

I go here a decent amount, mostly during the day for lunch and I usually have a good experience, quick service and friendly staff. However, my husband picked up dinner tonight and was treated very poorly. He had my teenager with him and they both said the person running the window was extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that they were there. They did not get her name but she had dark hair and glasses and were there around 6pm. I know that this particular restaurant...
