Service, good. Food, good. Try the steamed clams, yum. The bar area is for smokers and people who don't mind the smell. ????

Waited to be seated for 15 min with the entire dining room empty except 2 tables. Waitress didn't come back for our order for about 20 min. Only 3 of us.. 1 ordered primes rib medium rare. 2 chicken wings and loaf of bread 3. Kids burger (well done) and fries. No cheese. Just ketchup. And. We asked if on the of the appetizer was made with cream cheese or cheddar. She replied. I think cream cheese but the just come in a bag so I'm not sure. Anyway certainly not a hard order. This is what we got....1. Prime rib... Many minutes past well done. 2. Black burnt loaf of bread 3. Medium rare kids burger with cheese. We never complain or send back food. Ever. But here we have a 50$ meal that was basically inedible. Oh and btw. The app was made with cheddar cheese which is not what we were told. So basically only part that was right we're 5 wings that I can make at home!!! We actually did mention it to waitress and she then says I'll take 10 percent off your meal. We ate our messed up meal and ready for check. She brought it and we looked it over. While it did say 10 percent discount. It only added up to 5 percent. I truly hope this was just an off day for everybodycuz LMI is one of my childhood favorite places to go. But I won't be going back.

Used to love this place. We went 8-10 times a year. After any event at seven springs or just a get together with friends. On my wife's birthday a party of 12 ordered many favorites. A fish with red pepper cream sauce was many peoples choice. When it came out the "sauce" looked like pureed peppers. When questioned we were told this was how the cooks made it now. I asked if there was any cream in this "sauce"? No that was the old way it was made. I asked why the menu stated "cream" sauce. That's just how we make it now. So if I call mashed potatoes French frys it would be ok as thats how we make them. It was not good and sent back to which a nasty mngr was very unhappy with our choice. After replacing our meals with another poorly and hastily made entre we then realised 1 of our party had never been served. Oh yeah.they missed him. Got his order just didn't make it. Again a hastily made rib dinner that was burned. The rest of us were done by the time he got his meal. They comped him his desert to take home! Never was there a apology. Instead they were mad at the people who just dropped 400$. A email after this trip not only got no apology but again seemed to anger them! Again with the that's how we make it. My wife had been ordering this for years. This is not how u DID make it. Two more visits were sub standard but none like this. Its a shame but I'm afraid to try it again.

We ate here a few years ago, and did not like it. But o recently heard they went under new management..so i decided to try it agian. Still not impressed. I got the spaghetti (i wanted something better but didnt want to risk it not being good and having to pay for it) even the spaghetti wasnt good. Tasted like a can of spaghettios..my boyfriend got wings (it was wing night) the wings were way over cooked. Very hard and chewy. I cant believe that is what that serve on a speciality night. On another note...we were told things were "running a bit slow" because a cook walked out and a waitress fell and may have broke her ribs. Yet she was still serving people because there was no one to take over.Things have not Changed there. Will not be back.

The place is under new ownership and all the work that has been put into since I'd been here last time shows. The food was good and the space is clean. When they work out their menu it will be the great mountain hideaway it once was.

Great prime rib on Saturdays. Could use softer lighting & a decent decorator to suggest a few upgrades to make it more upscale & not so 50's. Nice wait staff always.

Kinda cool little place, have ate there over 100 times throughout my life. I like it but now from the perspective of a restaurant professional, it sucks. Over priced, cheap ingredients. If you’re drunk and want greasy food it’s okay but I don’t appreciate being served double fried French fries and soggy sandwiches in the middle of nowhere at lame prices.Owners, change your menu. Keep it simple but better flavors. -JFK

Under new ownership (formerly Laurel Mountain Inn) Sullivan's is an unassuming spot. Our server Kelsey was by far the sweetest and most attentive person I've had the pleasure of meeting as of late ! She was very kind and gave the perfect energy while anticipating our groups needs before we even had to ask!In our party we ordered:Sweet hot wings(SO good.. not super hot, but a bit of a kick)Caesar salad (..oh..my..god..so fresh!)Spaghetti and meatballs (yeah I know..but..ah ..delish!)Burger with provolone and bacon with beer battered friesHot roast beef sandwich with American and hand cut fries .Everything was prepared fantastically ! Fresh, flavorful and truly amazing. Not one of us had anything negative to say.And did I mention how sweet and amazing Kelsey was?Check this place out!

DO NOT EAT HERE. Its under new ownership. Me and my friends ate here and the entire experience was HORRIBLE. (Besides the two waitresses they tried really hard) The entire place was FILTHY. It legit took like 2 hours to even get our food to us and on top of it Me and my friend ordered a philly cheese steak and they gave us something that wasnt even close to it.. then the cook that came out had no hair net no gloves and his finger was wrapped in electrical tape and then he was waving meat strips in our faces with his dirty bare hands telling us thats what he gave us and it was NOTHING like what he gave us. Oh and the womens bathroom didn't even actually shut it looked like someone kicked in the door.

I have always said this place was great now under new ownership now called Sullivan's. It has to be the worst place I have ever gone. They fired all the old staff and hired people that can not do the jobs right. The wait for food was almost a hour there was little to no people there when we had our visit there. When we got served it was ice cold. Not happy about the service please stay away from this restaurant.

This place is under new management and is now called Sullivan's Bar and Grill. This was unbelievable! I live 4+ hours away, but I guarantee every time im in the area, I will be stopping here! When I looked at the prices I was expecting basic bar quality food, but when it came out, I couldn't fathom what I was seeing. There was a tremendous amount of food, and everything was an incredible quality! I honestly don't understand how they are making money with how high quality the food is at this price point. Go here, every single day you are in the area!!!!

Holy $%&/ that was one of the better meals I've had in a while period...... throw in the unbelievably reasonable cost, a definite five star and return trip

My boyfriend & I were in the area on a romantic getaway. We wanted a nice meal with steak. We were both overly pleased with the fresh food & delicious prime rib. It just melt in your mouth, so tender & flavorful. We ate in the bar area. Both bartenders were very attentive. Made sure our drinks were refilled in a timely manner & all our needs were met. I highly recommend.

Our waitress was really nice but the food took forever. The deck is really nice and a fun atmosphere. Under new management and very under staffed. Our sandwiches weren’t very good but the potato skins were maybe the best I’ve had. We’ll try it again later this summer.
