This was my first time at Long John Silver's, The 3 pieces of Fish I had were crispy on the exterior with an soft interior, The Chicken Tender was very good, The Hush Puppies were very filling, and the Mac & Cheese was pretty tasty as well. 😋

I ordered the chicken planks and they gave me fish. I came back and they gave me the chicken. The chicken was okay, but greasy, and not as hot as I like it. The green beans were very good.

I feel like most people come here for KFC and the Long John's takes the backseat. My fish was obviously not fresh, however staff made it right by frying some up fresh after I asked.

Every time I go here I'm disappointed. My fish is greasy and undercooked. They pull the drive thru around and make you wait and then give old dry food with the exception of what ever item they had to pull you for. Nasty

The menu is too complicated. The family twelve piece bucket isn't listed and the employees don't suggest it despite getting an extra side and all the sides are larger. Bi asked how I could get the third side, how I could get larger sides and how I could get more pieces than right and each question I was told I couldn't when that's what the unlisted twelve piece family meal gives you
Parking: The drive thru customers are directed to wait by driving the wrong way, disobeying a no left turn sign when food isn't ready.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is too far, too long and all up hill. Handicap signs faded away years ago.

We went through the drive through and had such wonderful service! My mom & I laughed in the drive through with the kind woman who helped us! She had such a good sense of humor and positive attitude! I wish I knew her name to shout her out! Exceptional service & food arrived to us quickly! Will be returning soon!
