It’s McDonalds… food was made fast. Building is like every other McDonalds out there, too modern and bland, grey and depressing. Staff is nice, you can tell they get burnt out here with the volume of people they see, but they are putting in a honest effort.

Dirty inside, girl at the register ain't smile not one time. also found a black hair in my McDonald's, absolutely foul. Disappointed, this is why I always go to the one near Lowe's they are always 10/10

Place is a joke the managers are worthless mainly Jerry and Angie they both need to be fired. They have attitude problems on most customers cause they don't like the way the dress or anything they give discounts to their friends and like to hang on each other they should both step down from management and learn to respect people instead of look down on them they treat there staff like garbage and wonder why they can't keep staff cause they don't know how to manage a store

Extremely slow service 9/10 times they are gonna forget your sauces, upcharge you for onions and your going to get served old fry's and a cold burger. A trip in the drive thru is almost always 10 mins.
2 year update just went thru the drive thru at 530 pm on a Thursday was served 2 cold McDoubles that wasn’t even made correctly, they weren’t evened luke warm, soggy fries and a delux spicy sandwich that seems to have been cooked in old fry oil or sitting all day if I was the owner of this restaurant I’d be embarrassed to have my name attached to this place on pace to be the worst McDonald’s in the country!

Came here for breakfast with my team when traveling. Staff was very nice and dealt with the whole team with patience and good was coming out relatively fast. Place was clean and food was average as it is with any other McDonald’s.

The staff is either really friendly or not friendly at all. One thing about this location is they always seem to mess up my order somehow....Don't get me wrong I truly do understand how hard it is to work in the fast food industry because I did for many years but, honestly it's not this complicated & I worked in a very busy area (Hershey-outside of Hersheypark)! It's usually like one item they'll miss every time which gets frustrating...like they'll forget a drink, fries, nuggets, or even a sandwich!!! It has happened to me when ordering inside, ordering inside to-go, and ordering through the drive through. Grrr... One good thing they do make their food hot & fresh most of the time...depending on what time you go there, obviously though.

The bacon, egg & cheese biscuit (from McDonald's) is the best breakfast sandwich ever created by any human past or present. Add a very hot hash brown and a large Coke - breakfast is served... Delicious!!!

i went here after class to get a quick bite to eat through the drive thru and i was pleasantly surprised how rude the employee was when i asked for honey mustard through the window. she tossed it into my hand very aggressively and i was very taken back. if you don’t want to work with the public then do not. even if you’re having a bad day it’s honestly disgusting and disappointing. i come here quite regularly and never have i ever experienced this. shame on them.

Stopped here for drinks before getting on the turnpike. Whoever is hooking up their soda boxes deserves a raise. The best tasting coke and spite I've had in a long time, even at a McDonald's.
