Employees were too busy at drive thru. But, Many improvements have been made and all issues were addressed so,I must say that they now deserve a four to five star rating in all categories. Obviously, the new trend of using the phone apps and the drive thru pickups popularity initially caused a distraction from the dining in customers but, all is well now!

It's tough to get service at McDs anywhere these days, especially if you walk in to the counter. McDs used to be our standard stopping place on road trips but that all changed w covid. Now they really don't want to see customers other than drive through. Ray Croc would be sorely disappointed in what the franchises have become - it used to be about consistently good customer service as well as a consistent menu.

So I ordered for breakfast today and I had a doctors appt and did not get out til after 10:30am. I want to the drive thru and got yelled at because I didn't get my order before 10:30am. When you go into eat the atmosphere is horrible people eyeing you up like I did something to them. I could not help I had a doctors appt. The girl that yelled at me was very rude and did not care. Do not like to get yelled at when I was at an appt. Something needs to be done.
