I don't know how they mess my order up 8/10 times. it's only when I get double cheeseburgers. They ALWAYS end up with onion. (I get only cheese and ketchup every. time.) I wouldn't care if they weren't diced. Constantly having to ruin my meals, waste money then go hungry the rest of my 10 hour shifts.

We placed a 30 dollars order of 3 happy meals 2 double cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken sandwich the only good parts of the meal were the fries even the nuggets for my two year old sisters were bad the Brugers and chicken were burnt I asked for extra pickles and got only pickles no mayo no lettuce nothing but chicken and pickles the buns tasted extremely old and frozen -10/10 do not recommend go somewhere else literally anything is better than here

Ordered an almost $70 order and Almost all sandwhiches were messed up or made sloppy! They didn’t give us our drinks, they missed my husbands 20 peice chicken nugget. The attitude of the workers was horrendous.

Slow service very rare to get a correct order they used to have a few good staff members unfortunately with how management is I can see why they are left with the staff they have, unfortunately the other McDonald’s in Somerset is owned by the same franchise and run by the same upper management and is ran just as bad save yourself a headache and visit Wendy’s, Taco Bell, ect.
