It's been years since we've been to a Ruby Tuesday so we weren't sure what to expect. Turns out, they are just as they always were, clean, great food and excellent service. The salad bar was loaded with choices all looking fresh and inviting. They tasted even better! I also had the chicken tacodilla...total yum, but just the right seasoning. And the corn that comes with it is awesome! Great service from Rikki who made certain we were happy with everything. Great experience and we won't so long before we visit another Ruby Tuesday!

I went to this restaurant with my family as we were driving home from a trip. As we walked in it seemed like a nice place but the hostess looked at us like we had tree heads and finally gave us a table. That’s fine I guess but my main reason for taking time out if my day to write this review was for the servers and food. When we ordered the server said that they were going to get us some ketchup and never did even though I had asked numerous times. And the server took it personal when one of my family members didn’t eat there fries and thought it was because they didn’t get us the ketchup. Now about the food I had gotten a meatball hoagie and just ate the meatballs because I can’t have the bread. They were cold and I found a hair, onions, and carrots from the salad bar in my hoagie. Also all the drinks we ordered tasted like dish soap. I would not recommend coming here unless it’s your last resort.

Usually would give this place 5 stars but Tuesday was one of the worst experiences I have had. Hostess was around the corner and back before I rounded the corner. Luckily she tossed menus on the table so I guess that was where I was to sit. Waitress was preoccupied and not with other customers. Won't be going back there

I was happy that this restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Our meals were good and arrived quickly.

We pulled off the Turnpike in need of lunch and our local Ruby Tuesday went out of business so it seemed like a good choice. Glad we stopped. The food - the ribs! - was tasty, and the service was fabulous! Lots of workers, wearing masks, keeping busy. Bathroom was very clean and an employee was washing windows.

Lakin was our server and was perfect! We had the $22 dinner for 2 added ice cold beers and dessert. Everything was very good. We will be back! Will be asking for Lakin to be our server again.

I haven’t ate at Ruby Tuesday for years. Maybe 10 years. To be honest, I didn’t know the chain was still in business. The place was super busy. It didn’t look like there were many restaurants around. Staff were polite, my simply grilled salmon was perfectly cooked and presented and I received drink refills. So no complaints. They appeared to be short staff given the huge banner out front asking for applicants. I’m not sure if as a customer I want to see that. My only complaints? The salad bar looked cheap and a complete waste of money. The romaine lettuce wasn’t even green. I know it’s been a staple of Ruby Tuesday for years but it looks tacky and bad. It would have also been nice to have had a better wine selection along with bread for my meal. Outback (comparable to Ruby Tuesday) gives bread.

Had opportunity to visit two times during our stay over the weekend as it is conveniently located next to the hotel where we stayed. Plenty of options with even salad bar open. Friendly Staff. No waiting.
