Recently I called and placed an order for my usual large pan with pepperoni and mushroom like my wife likes. I had a wonderful experience on the phone with a wonderful young lady named Jenny. She was very kind and polite and made sure everything in my order was correct. We’ve had trouble in the past with our orders being messed up so she read the order back to me and made sure everything was correct. Every time I get her on the phone she goes above and beyond and is just always so kind which is hard to come by these days. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut and promote this young lady!

I had been driving 12 hours from WI to MD. I hadn’t eaten all day. I was listening to a podcast that mentioned Pizza Hut so decided I really wanted it.
The girl at the counter super friendly!!
I can’t back 15 minutes later, picked up my bacon and pineapple pizza. Got o back on the highway and ready to dig in.
My pizza was a soggy mess! Like they just took an entire can of pineapples and dumped it on my pizza. 😩 The crust was barely cooked, which I paid an extra dollar for the original pan. I was so incredibly disappointed!
I just picked off the cheese and and wrapped it around a little pineapple and that was my dinner.
Definitely check your pizza before you walk out the door!

I had to walk over a block to get my food. The driver never apologized and actually had the gal to lead with it being my fault. He claimed I didn't answer when he called. No one tried calling me. Believe it or not cellphones have this crazy feature where they show and save incoming call times and numbers. No one tried contacting me. PERIOD. I checked my online profile and nothing has changed. It's my correct number. When I finally got my food, it was cold and the pizza was hard on the bottom. Which is fun, because I love wasting money. The quality of my food alone would have made me upset, add on the lying and attitude after making me walk so far for a delivery, that I had to pay a fee for makes for a fantastic experience. When I tried to call in to complain, the number listed online does not go to the local store, which was another win with this whole experience. I've ordered here in the past and have had no issues. I'm literally only asking for my food to be delivered to the correct address and for it to be edible. It only takes one horrendous experience to lose a customer. Save your money and order anywhere else. They obviously do not care.

Food’s always great, service is nice and quick, atmosphere was lacking as the music was off but they had TVs on at least. Overall, a pretty good place to sit down for lunch/dinner!
Service was friendly, food was fresh and hot, when the wings did not make it out as an appetizer the server comped, which was nice but not needed. Since pizza hut is no longer in my local area it made everything taste so much better.

Where has Pizza Hut gone with their food! The stuffed crust is a total shame. From the crust being thinner than cardboard, sauce is as sparingly as a few drops and cheese that barely covers the pizza cardboard. Honestly, this is likely some of the worst pizza we had in a very long time. It's likely not even the stores fault as it seems like it comes pre-made from a bag full of frozen ones. Another issue we had is the cups had some kind of film inside them as we had 3 separate drinks and each had something floating on the top. It tasted sorta like soap. Whatever it was, when we asked for a new drink, the new one also came back with same film, but actually more of it. We took a few pictures (attached). Garlic cheese bread was very bland and had little to no cheese and no garlic. We took a chance to visit in hopes of finding some great pizza, but the dining and food experience failed miserably.

The manager Sheryl is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She is the definition of what customer service should be everywhere. I had placed an order through Uber Eats that got messed up. She took my order and honored my credits I had through Uber Eats. Very accommodating. While my husband waited for the food (which was very fast) several customers came in saying hello to this manager as if they knew her forever. Was shown she is well liked. The food was warm and fresh.
