We stopped here for a restroom break and thought we would give it a try. I got the double with bacon. They were out of bacon so the guy said to put ham on it. OMG it was absolutely amazing. My burger was prepared fresh, juicy, and the ham gave it awesome flavor. My fiancée said the chicken tenders made her a bit sick but who knows. My burger was 10/10!

Chicken was dry and rubbery. So was the roast beef. We felt gross just eating here. If you’re about to die of starvation, grab a bite. If you can wait until the next service area, do that instead.

Aweful, paid 3 dollars to add bacon to my sandwich. It was 1 piece broken in half. Chicken sandwich was supposed to be spicy. My ketchup is spicier. I guess they do not allow 7-11 to sell food and it’s a shame. Gas station frozen food is better than what this place has.

We stopped at a Roy Roger’s off the I-76 in PA. DO NOT eat here. The burgers were awful and not fully cooked once you got away from the edge. We spent $30 on 2 burgers, 2 drinks and a fry. The garbage can received every but the drinks. The PA turnpike really needs to upgrade their food options. They obviously want everyone to get sick. I tried to leave a complaint on the Roy Rogers’s feedback site, but they must not recognize the turnpike sites. Never again will we eat at a Roy Roger’s.

The service at this place was horrible. We had to wait a long time for our food. Once we got it and went to our car, we realized they didn't give us two of our sides, so I went back in to get it. The order was a fish platter that came with two sides. I told the employee packing the food we didn't receive them. With a look of disgust on her face, she says.... what do you mean?! I have you your sides.. I said ma'am they're still sitting right there you forgot to put them in our bag, she asked for the receipt, which I gave her and then she states, "Well what did you have?!" I say, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, she says, "Well it doesn't say two sides on here!" So I'm like ma'am, clearly on YOUR menu it says two sides come with the fish platter, so why would they need to be typed out separately on the receipt...if two sides are included with the platter?? I had to go back and forth with her for a minute. She was totally unprofessional and mean. And to top it all of the food wasn't great and totally overpriced.
Be here a last week too, and Sharon has an attitude with life! I spoke to her last and today, her attitude is so sad!

Literally the worst experience ever. Overpriced an $8 sandwich is the equivalent to a cheeseburger at McDonald's. I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST WAITED 3 HOURS TO GET FOOD AT THIS POINT I WOULD HAVE SPENT THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY TRIPLE THE AMOUNT. LITERAL TRASH THEIR TOPPINGS BAR WAS ALL GREASY AND LOOKED LIKE IT'S BEEN OUT FOR 3 DAYS. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVEN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT
