The cheeseburger was so greasy that I couldn’t eat it. Our waitress agreed that they had complaints about the burgers but I still paid full price for something I couldn’t eat. My Ruby Tuesday customer days are over I’ll never set foot in your establishment again
good food! service is always nice
we arrived in large group, called ahead to tell them. they were not prepared. some were done eating while we didn't even get to order yet. had to ask bartender to order our dinner. my aunt got a steak that looked like it was boiled. it got sent back. supposedly taken off bill, but we then got charged for a half rack of ribs that we did not get. tried to call to resolve. they did nothing. we paid an extra $25 for bad service and horrible food.
