Servers should be instructed to bring a spoon when someone orders coffee or tea. A straw is not a good stirrer for a hot drink. The advertising sign in front of the handicapped spots made it hard to squeeze a walker through. Placing the sign closer to the street would also enable more people to read it.

We had dinner a few weeks ago at Ruby's and Kylie was our server. She knew all the answers to questions that we asked about the menu and was very polite, courteous and attententive. Our food was delicious! Kylie is a wonderful asset to the Ruby Tuesday restaurant and she added to the great atmosphere of our dining experience. (5 stars)!!

The manger Lindsay was fantastic. She was working so hard making sure tables were bussed and orders were coming out perfectly, and making sure salad bar was stocked. All the staff was friendly too which was a plus. I definitely will be back.
