The food here is pretty good. The buffet each tike I have gone always looks to be missing something or low on something. Overall, it's not a bad place to stop. Could use more lighting to brighten the place up.
I wish I could give this place zero stars off of customer service alone. I’m sitting inside the restaurant writing this review because I wanted to be sure I didn’t forget. The staff were rude and acted like they were angry I was there. I read the previous reviews and still came here because there was plenty of parking for my truck. The food isn’t the best. Stick to the hot wings and chicken nuggets. I never even got a refill on my baby sized cup of water. I will NEVER come back here.

Staff acted like my twins (who are a little over 1) werent even people.. I asked for two cups of water for them when they were taking our drink order.. didnt bring me a drink for either of them nor did they bring them any silverware to be able to eat.. had to ask for anything i needed for them.. staff was just overall unpleasant tonight.. I used to really enjoy this place but after tonight, I'll never go back again.. with everyone staring at us because they're still learning to eat and don't understand not to make a mess.. I'm so frustrated with people in general because of my experience there tonight.. acted like they have never seen one year olds eat before.. maybe instead of staring at a mother trying to feed her kids, worry about yourself instead..

I've given this place 3 separate chances. It's rough every time, the price is good, but still too high for the food quality. The service is respectable (for a buffet) and have always had friendly enough staff. Its reasonably clean. The music is loud and elevator-esque, but that's no big deal either. The problem is definitely the low quality, poorly cooked food. Couple that with low selection, and you can know disappointment in a dining experience.I really want it to be betterd...its not.

Since the older generation retired, the food has gone off a cliff in quality. The sodium has increased by about 500%.

I stopped in right at closing time without knowing we were cutting it close to the end of their hours. We looked in the window and saw it was closing so we were going to keep moving and look elsewhere for a quick meal. The host ran out and told us it was ok and they would take care of us. My girl and I asked if it was any trouble, we were the only people in the parking lot. They took us in after a very long day without question. We had the best meal and they made us fresh noodles without asking. Everything was amazing and I've never felt more welcome. I can't express how sweet they were and after the long day of moving we had, it was amazing to see such kindness and generosity.
