Ridiculous wait times. Wasted my time and I didn’t even get my drink because it took so long I had to leave and nobody would bother to look at me when I tried to ask for help.

Horrible management. I was stuck in this drive through with other customers for 30 minutes. There was no way to leave the line. I called the store, to ask if they could assist customers leaving the line. Everyone was quite upset and the store was not busy.

The manager denied service to me (and others, I believe). Not just that, but top 10 rudest experiences of my customer service experiences after folks asked for assistance.

It wasn’t even that busy and I had to wait 25 minutes only to find out they lost my drinks. I used to be a Starbucks barista and this was completely unacceptable. I hope they work on improving efficiency.

Sophia and her team at Starbucks were incredible! They made my drink perfectly, exactly how I like it, which doesn’t always happen at other locations. The attention to detail and care they put in really stood out. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and fast. I truly appreciate the great service — this will definitely be my go-to Starbucks from now on.

All the baristas are awesome! We spent 5 days in Somerset and visited the store at least twice each day. All Our orders were perfect, the store was clean and the staff was wonderful!

Suspicious handwritten sign on locked doors that they were drive thru only. Several cars parked to go inside, our family and an elderly lady went to get some Starbucks treats at 4pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked and signs posted. Never seen a handwritten drive thru sign before, dining room lights were all on and neither did the elderly lady. Plus the employees were just watching us walk around the building. Don’t think corporate knows that put that sign up and turned away half of their customers.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I wish I lived closer to frequent it more often. Other locations NEVER shake the shaken espresso enough but these lovely ladies actually shook it until it frothed. And they didn’t put too much sweetener. (I got the iced shaken espresso.) My sister got the strawberry matcha and said it was also good. The lovely employees were very polite and it made a nice environment.
