Went through the drive thru during a road trip and were fortunate enough to be helped by Meghan (sp.), who was just a ray of sunshine and went out of her way to get us a cup of water for our toddler and make sure we didn’t accidentally leave while his food was being made. It’s a shame we live so far away because we would be regulars!

To say that I was appalled by the customer service is a vast understatement. Two different employees when I asked for a specific thing. Gave the ugliest attitude possible. Every other Starbucks I've ever been to has been so warm and welcoming by all of their employees and it creates a happy atmosphere. The entitlement and snobbiness of this location is almost laughable. Starbucks should do a better job at training their employees how to talk to people because they don't know what people are going through.

This Starbucks has gone down hill bad. Every time I go anymore, my drink is messed up and not made the right way. When I went today, 8-14-24, and went through the drive thru. I got up to the window and Jillian was working the window she went to hand my drink out and I looked at it while she was and could tell it was missing the Lemonade in it I asked her if they could remake it. She then proceeded to say, " I was a pain in the butt." I'm sorry I told you it wasn't right. I'm not going there to pay $6.13 for a drink, and it's made wrong every time I go anymore. I'm going to speak up.. then she had the girl remake it, and Jillian left the drive thru window. I wanted another 10 until a girl came over and asked what I was waiting on. I quickly needed a place with Wi-Fi, even though I was there right at closing the folks were very friendly and kind.
Placed an order online and paid $3.75 for 3 scoops of popping bubbles. As you can see, there is like 7 popping bubbles in my drink. I’ve never had a problem with this store before but this was super depressing to see. An extra $4 for 7 popping bubbles in my trenta??

Shoutout to the girl working the drive thru today around 12. I’m in my trying new things era and not only did she take the time to explain the taste of the lavender cold foam to me but once she handed it to me she was so kind and made sure if I did not like it to loop back around! I appreciate you for being so kind and helpful. Ps: I loved it!

Although I like the friendly staff and have no complaints about the products, my peeve is the environment. It could be 40 degrees outside and you will have cold air beating down on top of your table. And, when you open the door to enter, get ready to be blasted with cold air from a fan above your head. While you enjoy your drink, you will be shivering and zipping up your coat!
