Was putting an order through on the touch screen and ended up canceling the order because the screen had literally barely any options on it. Came inside to order instead, and the woman at the counter was extremely rude because she had already started making the sub…mind you I never paid for this sub nor did I confirm the order. She proceeds to get an attitude with me saying it’s their procedure to make whatever is on the screen even if it’s not paid for and canceled. Get better policies. Ended up not ordering anything due to her rudeness! Won’t come back!

Absolutely atrocious…got a sandwich made of mayo but the mayo was only on the paper not the sandwich!! The hefty lady in there was very rude about it too throwing stuff around…then brang back our sandwiches and they had NO MAYO and hardly any toppings at all. Not going here again get better staff…

Good service and clean. My sandwich was overly messy, as was my wife's. No Diet Pepsi available from the fountain, which I only discovered after ordering, which was a big turn off. Happy they shifted to Pepsi products, but diet Pepsi should be a main feature. Pepsi Zero is yukky in my view and I won't drink it.

2 out of the 3 past visits my sandwich has been messed up beyond repair. I keep giving them chances. But I’m done. How do you make a chicken bacon ranch sub with the wrong chicken and no bacon? If you’re thinking of spending your money here I strongly discourage it. You’ll get a pile of soggy garbage. Never giving them 12 dollars for a sandwich again.
How do you not put bacon on a sandwich with the word bacon in the title? Explain how it’s possible to mess that up? Laziness? Run out of bacon and couldn’t be bothered to make any? Make it make sense.

Unfortunately it can be hit and miss but mostly an excellent sub option. It varies depending on the time of day and who makes your sub. Definitely a much better option than Jersey Mike's!

Terrible service by the red hair girl, slamming all are food and being extremely rude and talking badly while making are food because you guys closed in 20 mins, I dont understand how hard it is to make a sandwich but sorry we got subs 20 mins before you closed. 5/14/25

I never leave reviews but my service here was so horrible. I will never eat at this subway again. The staff need to be reevaluated. I ordered online for pickup and I guess the pregnate girl that works there thought it would be funny to put no meat and add only overloaded veggies- I plan on calling corporate, I had to take my 4month old back out into this weather in order to try to get it fixed. She said she couldn’t give me a refund, didn’t even tell me how to get one, then wouldn’t remake my food. This place is a joke.

I completed a mobile order. There was one person in front if me when I got here. 3 people came in after I was here and because my order was mobile I was forced to wait for everyone else to come inside even though we were eating inside. Took 30 minutes to get my food made when it said 15 minute wait time. I even mentioned I was here for mobile order and was told it was not started yet as she continued to make everyone's else's first. Should have more then 1 worker on Friday nights, that's for sure. The worker was great though doing her best and the subs were good.

Walk in and the boy behind the counter looked right at me and said , "you've got to be kidding me! Why come in now?" I saud well we can leave and we did. Mu husband whi takes things with a grain of salt was shocked and did an immediate about face and out the door we went. Sure our business won't make or break them, but that employees attitude will. They are to be open until 9p.m. and it wasn't quite 7:30 yet. Plus, now we know why the parking lot always empty looking.
