This was a wonderful place to eat. It was clean, the staff was courteous and attentive, the food was served warm and quick, the prices were amazing. The only reason I can’t give this diner a five star rating is because it was not handicap accessible. We had a friend with us who has special needs and uses a walker. The staff let us in the back door, (an unmarked ramp) that a “regular” customer told us about. (We would not have known otherwise.) The hallway to the women’s bathroom was too narrow for our friend’s walker to fit through and the bathroom was not handicap accessible. This was unsafe for our friend with special needs.

Excellent!! Hot turkey and homemade mashed potatoes were delicious. Real turkey and potatoes, a rarity these days. My husband's club had at least 1/2 lb of ham and loads of fries on the side. He couldn't finish it. Staff was welcoming and pleasant. Prices were great too!! We will definitely return the next time we are in the area

Very popular diner in downtown Somerset, Pa Good food good service and fair prices. Con- they only take cash, so be sure you have enough to cover bill & tip. I highly recommend this diner for the nostalgia and food.
I’d rather stop here for a meal than any turnpike rest stop, any day! This is a classic American diner, so bring your manners. I will be coming back!

Being from Nashville, TN, we wanted to try the biscuits and gravy, and they did not disappoint! Better than some places down south. The omelets were huge and full of toppings we wanted. Our server was great as well. Great place for breakfast!
