First let me start with saying there were maybe two other customers in the building and the drive thru was empty when my family visited the Somerset location. We ordered our food at the kiosk and decided to pay at the counter but it took almost 6 minutes for anyone to come over even though they were all looking at us. After we paid they gave us our cups but shorted us on a cup no big deal until it took almost another ten minutes to get the missing cup then when we got our food half of our order was missing and they acted like we were inconveniencing them and there play time because that's what it was it looked like a daycare behind that counter or better yet a playground at school. There was what we believe was a manager there but she was the worst of the employees. It will be a long time until I consider returning to the location.

This taco bell is a little too inconsistent for me to rate any higher.Let me start by saying this, the service sometimes is perfect friendly, professional, and quick. Then, other times, it's slow and grumpy, and the employees seem bothered to do their jobs.Then the food.... sometimes it's picture perfect, and other times it looks and feels like you got maybe half of what should be in the product. For example, a grill cheese burrito shouldn't come out to the customer looking just slightly bigger than a soft taco.The food is a 50 / 50 chance of being made right.I think this place is still here just because customers love the taste of tacobell period, and in this town, that is basically it. Which is kinda of sad.The time inside of the store is bland, and often dead, it doesn't feel welcoming and feels like a depressing institutionalized mini cafeteria. Maybe this contributes to the hit and miss service and food.However, on my last dine in experience, I was disgusted by the soda machine. It was dirty and had an off smell to it.Overall, this store is just ok. Some employees are great others, not so much, and the food is hit or miss.Vegetarian options: Veg options are available here like all taco bells.Dietary restrictions: You can get an item modified hereParking: Plenty of parking. Ate there today with my husband. It was clean and all the employees were great. My complaint is about the food. I’m not complaining about the people making the food because I’m sure that is how they were told to prepare it, but there wasn’t hardly anything in our tacos and chicken chalupas. The taco shells were so thin they couldn’t even hold the little bit of food that were in them. Years ago Taco Bell was a favorite of my family. I’m sorry to say but we won’t be eating at any Taco Bell again.

Came here around 2pm with two other friends. We all ordered boxes and just about everything on the menu. The food was hot and fresh and very delicious. It didn’t feel like it was sitting a while, the customer service was amazing and got us any boxes and lids we needed. They weren’t super busy when we went in which probably was in our favor but like I said it was hot and delicious. Probably one of the nicer and better Taco Bell experiences I’ve had and definitely recommend this location to anyone who would want to go!

The staff at this Taco Bell stands out, as some of the most polite and kindest I’ve ever experienced. When we come by, the person working the drive thru window always asks how we’re doing and is just overly very friendly. The food is always good too. To the polite staff that work the drive thru. Your kindness and friendliness doesn’t go unnoticed.

Hit or miss honestly. Service can be so whack sometimes if they're in a bad mood. It's been like 3-4 times I've asked for no tomato just to get tomato anyway.Food I would rate higher if I didn't have to open up my crunch wrap to take off the tomatoes every single time I get one, when I make it clear no tomato.Atmosphere is kinda all over the place for night shift. People outside smoking everytime I've been there. Not a big deal but when I have to wait for someone's smoke break just to order it gets old.Parking: Lots of spots to park at. It's a parking lot
