We had a party of 3 yesterday afternoon. Took at least 10 minutes to have waitress even approach us. The restaurant was nearly empty, saw 4 tables in use. Our 3 sandwiches took over 40 minutes to get and were all ice cold. Fies over salted and also cold. Would have complained but waitress took over 20 minutes to come back to check on us. Bill was $60 for 3 sandwiches, 1 beer and 2 sodas. horrible service, horrible food= horrible overpriced experience. Will not return

Ordered hoagie came with two slices of meat rest lettuce. Told manager said it portion control nothing she can do. If you want more meat pay double. Have been there many times before not like that. POOR MANAGER NEVER GOING BACK $13.00 got hoagie bun. Bad poor customer service. TELL EVERYONE,

I had quite possibly the worst pulled pork sandwich I ever tasted at Tailgatez today. It was so greasy, the grease soaked through the bottom bun and left grease spots on the metal plate. Just terrible.

Fun atmosphere! Good bar food. Recommend the black and blue burger or the bourbon glaze chicken. Gets very busy at times and service suffers a bit. Overall, good place for a casual meal.

I've been going to Tailgatez for quite a while and I've never had a genuinely poor experience except for last evening. I ordered a dozen Garlic Parm wings and requested all flats, I ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer and a side order of fries. The order of fries is so incredibly small it's barely a side. The cheese sticks were good and unless they raised the prices should've been about $7.99 the wings are normally around $13.99 or 14.99. I only had a Coca-Cola to drink with a few refills. Somewhere in there my bill came to nearly $42. It was just me. Pricing aside, the service was absolutely abysmal. Inattentive, and not the friendliest. I've had much better service in the past but I don't think I'll be returning for some time.

Last night was a terrible experience for my husband and I . We have eaten here before and the service and food was great ! When we arrived it was slow . Actually only place anyone was seated was at the bar . The host was on the phone with someone . We stood there for 10 minutes . While the host chatted on the phone . Not a waitress in sight that whole time ! At no time did the host so much as pause her conversation to so much as to say I’ll be with you in a moment . Or go get an another waitress to seat us ! Absolutely no excuse for her terrible conduct ! So my husband looked over n just picked up 2 menus sitting on the table and was going to seat ourself. Which at that time 3 ppl come from out of the kitchen . One waitress approched my husband n he said will seat ourself n she turned and went back towards the kitchen .about 5 minutes later that same waitress come over to take our order .Our meal was served within 20 minutes . Our Fries were cold? .. now to make matters worse we realized at that point . We had no silverware to even eat our food with . Now I looking around for a waitress who can give us silverware not a one in sight ? i literally left the table and walked around the bar to the front where the host is . I asked her if we could have some silver ware .. which I noticed was kept in the host booth . She asked how many I said 2 she handed them to me . I politely thanked her n said we will never be eating here again .. we paid 45$ for our meal n that is the service we got !!!! We WONT be going back EVER again . Ppl paying these prices for their meals should have at least been hot ! Those fries should have NEVER been served ! Just horrible n the host on that phone lacked any kind of courtesy of dealing with us at all . Common sense get someone to seat us ! Thats where it all began .. the overall crew was just terrible . Im done with Tailgatz not another penny of my money will they get ever!

Aweful service!!!!!!I tried to call for take out. First 2 calls when I asked to place an order they hung up. 3rd call the kid answered laughing and said they couldn't hear me and hung up. So I called from a different phone twice and they still hung up.
Update: my friend tried to call after me and they just unplugged their phone. The food sucks anyhow we were just hungry.

me and my coworkers were trying to make a lunch order today, I called 2 times and when I asked to place an order they hung up. the 3rd call the kid answered laughing and said they couldn't hear me. so I called from a different phone twice incase that was true, and again when I asked to place an order they just hung up. now the phone is off when u call it says the number is disconnected. do not recommend!!!! the food isn't even good it was just one of the only things open on a Monday
update: the owner messaged us assuring us that their phone was just being "finicky" and the bartender did not unplug it. but when u call it still says it is disconnected. either that or they blocked our numbers. either way so unprofessional NEVER GO HERE!!!
