This Italian oven went downhill. No one greeted us on Saturday evening sept 20th. 4 of us stood there ever 10 mins to be seated while employees kept walking past and never addressed us. Finally a lady server said she would try to find a table like she was irritated. She took us to the table and grabbed the cups off of it and never wiped table off and threw our silverware and napkins in the middle of the table. She never brought lemons for water after asking 3 times. No napkins, food cold, fries old for hot chicken salad, Italian hoagie was sitting back there. Side salad had nothing on it only lettuce and onion. No dressing or mayo. I had to walk up to get my own. She then rushed us with the check we didn't even get done eating and togo containers. She said she has worked there 3months. She needs a new job if she cant even get lemons right. Disappointed to say the least.

My wife and I love this place! We travel up from Greensburg because the one in Connellsville is terrible. This one has always served us incredibly good food. The owners here know how to run a restaurant unlike those at that other location and the waitresses are kind and attentive here. Thank you all for making this Italian Oven the best in our area.
If Italy was ever to come to America well it's in this restaurant. My opinion the best Italian cuisine in tri-state area.
Great food!
Highly recommend great food and service
Sweet and hit chicken is awesome. Would recommend eating it if you get the chance.
My son and I had lunch at your establishment on 5/20/25. Since he was little we would have mommy and me days. During these special days we would have lunch in your restaurant and enjoyed our meals. Unfortunately, on 5/20 it was not. We were served dirty dishes and the food was not good. At first I thought they used different ingredients because it just wasn't the same as we were used to but within 20 minutes we were both sick(severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea) We hadn't eaten anything before or after that day, I know it was the food. I'm sad because we both liked the place and this will be our last memory there. Oh and by the way my waitress was really good.
Was not happy with out meals. Waitress said our meals will be out shortly, meanwhile I could see 2 of them sitting on the prepared area while waiting on the 3rd meal. When served the meals were NOT HOT, barely warm, all 3 of them. Was not a a kid if anyone needed refills on drinks. Needless to say I won't be back.

The grilled chicken salad needs some mixed greens. Could use more vegetables.

We were there twice in the last month and the food was terrible. The lasagna was awful, the calzone was burnt twice and they charge for every little thing. This used to be one of favorite places to eat but sadly not anymore.
It was very dirty and disorganized. We sat for 20 minutes just to get our drink order by the hostess. She said she couldn’t find the server. The hostess said she couldn’t take a food order but then can back 10 minutes later to take it. We just left. Never again.
We had dinner here tonight and the experience was great! The food was good and our server Sheena was excellent!
The chef knocked it out of the park. Fried zucchini was amazing. Big portions. Food was hot. The service was superb. Fast, friendly and attentive.
