Great food , lady on their late night crew was rude as hell wish I got a name. Kinda sad , placed online order well in advance and was still asked to park to the side and waited another 15 minutes.

EV charger users: do not stop here to charge. It costs way more than other chargers and there’s only one bathroom. You can literally go down the road one more exit and go to the south Somerset service Plaza, where there are many many bathrooms and many chargers.

We had a great experience at this Wendys’! Matthew was so kind. The restaurant was clean and well kept; and very fast! We really appreciated the kindness of the crew! Thanks for an awesome start to our morning!

A teacher friend and I had lunch here as we were on day # 1 of our trip. The food is typical of other Wendy's restaurants; it was served fresh and hot. The dining room was fairly clean. The employees seemed to be a bit confused and not communicating with each other as they tried to get food out to all the patrons there. It took longer to get our food than at other Wendy's. A couple customers who had been waiting a longer time than we did were very angry. Hopefully they will get their act together.

I ordered a 4 for 4 as my lunch and I have never had any issues with this Wendy's. I'm a working man I usually am never picky. This particular visit there was an eyelash in my fries, but they made everything right. Gave me new fries and a free cookie. I spoke with a short heavy set blonde white woman and she made sure I was taken care of. Apologized to me and thanked me. That is how you right a wrong and keep a customer!
