Corporate was contacted about an employee’s way of talking to customers on the speakers, yelling at the customer ignorantly for no reason there was a long excessive wait time for my family when the person behind ordered there for an got it before I’ll I have a few items but when I received my items they were cold and stiff didn’t even look like food, I I ordered at 11:11 didn’t get my food until 11:35 I believe they just let my food sit there for a while before bring it out.

The. baked potato was small and slightly crusted over. The chili was EXCELLENT as usual. The front counter was unclean. The floor there was sticky. It all needed wiped. Same with the drink dispenser. Also, the eating.tablrs needed wiped off, as well as the trash containers. I didnt dare use the bathroom. The staff was -eh. Robots.

I ordered a couple of value Frostys and the cashier told me about the Boo Books, which saved me money. I am able to get a few more frostys with my boo book.

The food was ok ordered the pull a part Cinnabon and had to trow it out couldn't eat it when I cut it with the knife I got it bent the knife. It was almost like it was left over from the previous day and just reheated in the microwave. And every time I go there, they always pull you up to the door. There is no one behind me, and no one comes in while I'm sitting there.
