I ordered a 4 for 4 as my lunch and I have never had any issues with this Wendy's. I'm a working man I usually am never picky. This particular visit there was an eyelash in my fries, but they made everything right. Gave me new fries and a free cookie. I spoke with a short heavy set blonde white woman and she made sure I was taken care of. Apologized to me and thanked me. That is how you right a wrong and keep a customer!

To hide how long they take, they make you wait at the speaker before taking your order until the 1 other car GETS their food. Nasty lady on late shift could not take my order without repeating it several times. She forgot my fries. Then she BAREHANDS my fries with the same hand she took mine and everyone else's payment. Even picking up loose fries and cupping her whole hand on the top shoving them down. Blond manager looking lady was wearing gloves.. She can't communicate to her subordinate? I couldn't bring myself to eat the rest of my food after seeing that. If she was a dude I'd have thrown the fries in her face.
it’s meh. food is edible but don’t count on not getting sick

Decided to get something to eat after work and Wendy's was the only thing open. To start off there was one car only in the drive thru when I entered at 11:15. when pulling up to the speaker I was yelled at in a mean tone to wait. After two minutes another person came back to take my order and she was so rude. She had a mean tone when talking and no customer serves skills at all. When ordering she was yelling I can't hear you meanly and I was practically yelling at this point into the speaker. After the order we went up to pay and the lady that took our order was so rude and looked like she wanted nothing to do with her job. After paying we waited two minutes to get the frosties that were a part of our order. We waited a little bit more and she told us to pull up to the first parking spot. We waited for over twenty minutes after that. When getting food a man just shoved the food at me and ran away like the encounter lasted less than a second. The food was OK but the order was messed up, and we also had random food in our bag as well that we did not order.
