Brass Collar Brewing Company offers a wide selection of draft beers and PA cocktails, with a small plates kitchen. The cozy interior has limited seating, but there's a large outdoor area overlooking the train tracks. The atmosphere is friendly, and while food was enjoyable for some, they're still working out initial kinks. Great potential for a well-rounded experience when at full capacity.
