“My husband & I were on our way to a Phillies game yesterday when it got postponed. The next exit off the NE Extension was Harleysville to turn around. I hopped on Yelp! and found Jesse’s - we wanted to eat before heading back home to Berks County. We are SO glad we did! The BEST BBQ ever!! The staff was super friendly & helpful with recommendations, since it was our first time. We went with the BBQ Sampler & added cornbread muffins with honey butter. EVERYTHING was delicious! I’m, personally, not a lover of ribs…they might have been my favorite!!! Looks like we have a new place to stop when we are heading to Phillies games!!! Or we need to find reasons to go to Souderton so we can get to Jesse’s more often!!”

“One of the very best steak sandwiches I’ve ever had! Nice people, super food. The Go Birds sandwich was also spectacular. Eating in is a bit spare and noisy - but the food is so good it’s well worth the stop! EXCELLENT!”

“Atmosphere and service were delighful! Food was delicious! The owner was very helpful in setting up the reservation over the phone and when we arrived we were greeted and immediately felt like we were at home. Our waitress was attentive and the entire experience was enjoyed by all! (including a 6 year old!) This is a true tea room experience and we will be back! (We traveled 1.5 hours and can't wait for another reason to go!) Highly recommend!!! This place is a gem!”

“Visited with friends a couple weeks ago on a Saturday night. I love the location. The beers were fantastic. I honestly don’t remember the last time I have received such excellent service at a bar. The four of us were able to find seats together at the bar and watch the football game. We look forward to coming back to try their food! I’m also excited for the weather to warm up, as they have a great outdoor space! Thanks for having us; looking forward to returning!”

“We eat at El Cactus frequently sometimes twice a week. Their food is excellent. My favorite is their shrimp tacos. My husband loves the sizzling fajitas and the burritos. Their servers are all very friendly. I highly recommend El Cactus!”

The staff is always working so well together and treat everyone with such kindness. We love coming here for Sunday brunch or a quick lunch and coffee break! Always great food and coffee!”

“Suspenders is perfect for a quick bite to eat, good bar food, excellent pricing. Or it’s a fun place with a good atmosphere to spend a Friday or Saturday night! Always lively, the staff is very attentive, and the music is always a good mix of everything! Highly recommend, if you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out!! We also take our 2 year old here, more so during the warmer months when we can hang outside! It is a bar/restaurant but kid friendly if you’re out & about with the family and need to stop for a bite to eat.”

“I stopped in to get a meal on 10/21/25 around 5:30-6 pm and I was served the most perfect burger I’d ever seen from a fast food restaurant. I looked like a commercial burger on tv. Whoever worked that day in the kitchen deserves a raise immediately. I hope whoever made it sees this 👍”

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.”
