The rating is for the gull-time EMPLOYEES mainly. I can't believe the turnover at this place. I like BK most out of the fast food places, but the company asks impossible things of their staff.

Yes there's usually a wait, so plan on going inside if you're in a hurry. The pay isn't great, people usually do their best.

I KNOW public-facing service/hospitality can be brutal and it's unfair for that to single out the front line workers.....who are ROUTINELY screwed.

Food is great, it's BK. Just not fast. I'm wondering how to keep this place in its location with a new franchise.

If the OWNER actually reads this? YOU suck

Just received my order from this location that I had delivered. A $40 order and all it was in a tiny bag was one sandwich. Absolutely insane. Hire better people.

The WORST fast food restaurant in the world, horrible service and you are never ever said hi to!!!! The most pathetic and ignorant people by far. This place should be close immediately!!!!! Horrific experience every time here!!!!

I was in the drive through and ordered a classic chicken. Even as I pulled away, I sto00ed and said, " that was a classic.chicken, right?" So shame on me for not checking but not only was I given the wrong kind of chicken sandwich, he could not eat the sandwich. The roll was black inside.

This has got to be one of the worst fast food experience I’ve ever experienced. In total I waited from 9:29pm until 10:12pm to receive my food. 43 minutes to receive a fast food order is unheard of, as well as the amount that was wrong with the order. After 30 minutes and the 5-7 cars after me receiving orders I was approached by a worker saying all that’s left were the fries and that they would be out in 3 minutes, after continuously waiting 13 more minutes I had walked in and mentioned that I had been waiting too long for fast food, they said they were just waiting on the oil for the fries yet everything when I got the order was cold. After 43 minutes I was not going back in to complain, but I also failed to receive mozzarella fries and cookies. How in 43 minutes do you still manage to hand me cold food and mess up the order. All that was given to me as a compensation was a free large fry upgrade to which I replied I already got large fries so no compensation was given. The workers and service was completely insane.

After waiting 13 minutes for my food with no communication from anyone just an empty window. Women says, we don’t have the food you order so we substitute it for something else. When I asked why they did that she told me not to be ignorant and closed the window and would not let me ask a question.

This place is very slow so don't stop here if you don't have time to waste. Even after ordering through the mobile app I waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru . After that long wait, the food was cold and tasteless. I was refunded through the mibile app after complaining.

ordered whopper meal chicken nuggets small ff. with honey sauce. i went thru the drive thru never got the ff that goes with the meal or the sauce. called them they said come back in. i said can’t now back at work. she said sorry. how about say when you do come back mention this error and we can correct.

First off let’s talk food, soda specifically it’s SOOO water down and nasty like who in there right mind would like that soda. And also there ice it melts like SOOO quickly, like I know it doesn’t really feel like it’s their fault but they only keep the ice in the freezer for only like an hour. For the last thing about food, the burgers are always cold and raw or even over done, like there’s no in between, and the sides are just nasty like I have found a bug at the bottom of the fry container, EWWW. Now moving on to the service, at the drive-through it’s so dark and creepy like the menu is barely even lit up, like excuse me I can’t even see what I’m ordering like please fix that???. Another thing is the employees barely even pay attention to their job like I want my food it’s not that hard ??? please never come here or just fix your business like it’s SOOO not worth your ? .

Waited forever to get my food and the whopper's to me was cold all of them and the chicken sandwich was cold and everything seems like it was just barely heated up And it's not the first time I don't know why I keep going back, but it was just like nothing was cooked to temperature. There's room temperature. Basically, Anthony was also supposed to be flame broiled, not boiled? Why do I keep going back? I don't know why it's quick. Maybe something. Or I'm just lazy.
