Apparently the Have It Your Way slogan is lost on some people. Hubby and I went for lunch. Cashier had a little trouble with my request. Then got my sandwich - it had cheese on it - not fond of that, but didn't feel like waiting for them to remake it. And as usual, tables are always dirty, but sadly this is happening everywhere you go for fast food! Not my best experience!!

When I walked in and notice that they had their tomato and lettuce and hamburger and buns just right on the counter, in the kitchen area I should thought this was a dirty restaurant and left. I would never go to this place again.

I went through the drive through and they had me sitting at the speaker for so long, I thought it was closed. I started pulling up directions to another Burger King when they finally answered. As I was ordering they were having a full on conversation with someone else at the same time (not about training or asking questions- but talking about personal stuff). When I pulled up they once again took forever with my meal. Once I got home I had found out they gave me the wrong sandwiches. I ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese croissants (two meals- and one just sandwich), and 2 out of 3 of which with no cheese. I had gotten 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant meals and a biscuit- all with cheese. Terrible experience, wish I would’ve pulled up directions faster to a different Burger King.

I ordered some mozzarella fries via a delivery service and the order that I placed was very much so incorrect at fault of DoorDash. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Devante (apologies if my spelling is incorrect), who was so kind and generous. They immediately made right of the situation. I ended up driving to the establishment to pick up my order. I spoke to a woman with dark red hair, I unfortunately did not get her name, but she was more than lovely! Devante came to the window as well to introduce himself and apologize again. Between the two of them, the customer service I received was a 10/10. They were both extremely personable and just wonderful to interact with. The food was both fresh and excellent but it was the customer service that blew me away!

Went there at noon, one car in parking lot, walked in, read the menu, walked up to register, and waited and waited, they were not busy. Walked out and went to McDonalds across the street.
Came to realize they did not serve white people.
