Worst service ever. Order 1 dozen donuts, munchkins and 2 iced coffees. They tried to hand me two wraps. None of the donuts are the flavors I ordered. One of the coffees was supposed to have light cream - the one that is light cream actually has more cream than regular (pic). The kids working there were rude. I dont even know if I paid for the wraps I didn't order because they wouldn't give me a receipt. Not the first bad experience here but it will be the last.

Not only was the wait long, my frozen chocolate with a shot of espresso was terrible. I’m not even sure they added the extra espresso that I ordered. I have been to multiple Dunkin’s and have ordered the same thing and they were fine. This frozen chocolate had a disgusting amount of chocolate at the bottom of the drink and tasted like straight up syrup. It was so bad I took one sip and threw it out, waste of money. Do not go here, especially if you want quality drinks.

Don’t go here!!! I placed an order for two orders of bagels bites and when I asked for jelly for them, I was told it’s an extra charge. A woman with glasses spoke very rudely to my husband and I. At 6 am in the morning. Never again! Hire people with better customer service skills. And how is jelly for cream cheese bagel bites an extra charge???

I go to this store faithfully every morning mainly i go through the drive thru but some days when the line is crazy long ill go inside to order... The lady that is always at the drive thru window always greets me so nicely. Always so upbeat. When i go into order the ladies inside are also very nice. Never had a bad experience! Service is pretty quick for the most part.

whenever i order coffee from here i always use the mobile app so they have more time to prepare my drinks. whenever i get it in the morning it’s usually never made right, but when i go in after 3pm every single time the coffee is made amazingly. whoever is on your lunch/dinner crew seriously needs a raise bc the coffee i have been getting is always made right and is making me want dunkin almost everyday. rip my wallet

I am very used to Dunkin coffee and get it frequently. The coffee I ordered here tasted bitter and old. I know that happens but not only would they not remake the drink, they also wouldn't refund my money.
