We had enjoyed this place a number of times pre-Covid & thought we'd give it a try when passing through Souderton -- the food was even better than I had remembered! The Dan Dan noodles had just the right amount of zing, the potstickers were perfectly crisp in all the right ways, and the steamed buns stuffed with duck breast almost made me weep. The Mongolian Beef dish we shared was heavily spiced with cumin and so delicious. Best of all, the attentive and friendly service...
Not a typical chinese takeout menu, so don't expect that. Sometimes, when they get really busy, some things might not be as awesome as normal, but it is ALWAYS good. A little pricey, but hey, what isn't anymore? And we are willing to pay a little more for the Noodle. We moved up to lehigh county, and still haven't found a comparable. The General Tso's wasn't anything like anything I've had. The chicken had very, very little coating. The sauce didn't taste like a General Tso's sauce, not sweet nir spicy. Just a teriyaki gravy. Also had the Asian Aubergine (grilled eggplant). This was a try it out dish & it was ok, but the sauce tasted a lot like the Tso's sauce. Neither were spicy.
