The Northbound is one of our favorite local haunts for beer and food. The food is stellar. It can be noisy during peak hours.

After almost a year of my husband asking me to eat here, we finally had lunch there yesterday. All the outside empty tables and seats(railroad side) were dirty. Ended up inside. I ordered the Fish n Chips. Fish was decent. My fries were so salty they were inedible. My son got kids pasta with white sauce. It tasted like peppered water. Husband got Fish tacos...not very impressive with a large hunk of fried fish on top. Told the waitress about the issues and she offered the red sauce for my son's pasta which we turned down. No other action taken. Will not be returning.

Moved to Souderton about a year ago now, and my girlfriend and I make it a point to come here almost bi weekly at this point!! We went to the prefix dinner tonight, and it was excellent!!! The price point for what they charged, compared to what was served, was a bargain in my book. This is also coming from someone who worked on the industry for long enough, not some social media person who never worked in the industry 🫡

Korean bbq wings and truffle Mac n cheese were decent. Some drinks were forgotten and had to be reminded of 20 min later and were left on the bill. Smash burger is just a bland, kids 4 oz patty, not an actual smash burger.

The fish and chips are phenomenal; the fried chicken sandwich was spot on; the chicken and waffles are authentic; the smash burger was well done; and the fries...mmmh good!!! Everything was seasoned well and the service was excellent!!! Would give 6 stars!!!
