We decided to go on line to make a reservation. Smart move. The food was really good especially the crème brûlée. Best I ever had. We like to go here every once in a while as a treat. Our waitress was very very nice. She was very pleasant and helped us with all of our needs.

We've been to Broad Street many times without requiring reservations but this time the food ordered did not meet Menu expectations. My Reuben was great however, the other two in our party ordered the same item and the beef was supposed to be medium. It was medium well, plus it was supposed to have mushrooms and it didn't have that either. It was kindly mentioned to our staff waiter yet nothing was followed through. Still paid the bill with a tip but left the restaurant unhappy this time. We will still return. It happens everywhere and we don't hold it against the restaurant. Only if it continues to happen.

The food seems under thought. Often bland food with no salt or pepper on the table. Pork sandwich tasted like turkey and was falling apart. There were so many people there working but the server seemed overwhelmed. Overall we love the feel in there but the food is lackluster.

I had made a reservation for 6:00pm and still waited for 30 minutes. Didn't get seated until we spoke up again for the 2 nd time. Had to ask the server for items when it should've been automatically given, water, bread as was seen at other tables and a box to go when asked for. The food was decent but experiencing the service the second time around( as I had the same issue the first time) I might hold off on going back.

Amazing service! Our waitress thought of everything. My daughter and granddaughter were out in frigid temperatures selling girl scout cookies. The waitress had 2 cups of hot chocolate waiting for them! The food was fantastic!

We went here after watching a movie at the Broad Street Theatre. Very convenient! The food is very good, service is excellent. The noise level can be high, especially on a busy Saturday night.

Overall good food, diverse menu (love that they never over salt and fried foods are not too greasy). Wait staff always friendly. Not so good is the noise factor and always crowded during peak times. Make sure you make a reservation online. If not, you can always grab a local beer next store while you wait . . .

Although we had been at the Broad once before and had a bad experience saying we would never be back, our friends had a gift card, so we agreed to join them. What a disappointment, again. We had a reservation and still waited an extra 30 minutes for a table. Was seated and brought bread and water. Then waited a long time for our food order to be taken. Waited an hour for our food to come. We only ordered two sandwiches and a mini Stromboli, not even entrees. The biggest disappointment came when our food was lukewarm. Our friend was so disappointed in her mini boli she didn't even eat much of it. It was hard on the outside and cold on the inside. Given our waitress was MIA for the majority of our visit, we couldn't even get her attention to ask for it to be warmed up. Small town restaurant hopping on a Friday night, don't let that or the cute interior fool you. This place is not worth your local support. It's loud, and terribly overrated. The small town community has limited options so I guess this place can get away with their terrible service and cold food. Such a waste and such a shame.

Every time we go for dinner, the service is great and the food is outstanding. The only problem, when sitting in rear of restaurant is is noisier then I like. I just need to request sitting in front.

For Christmas weekend the Service was Fantastic, the Food was Delicious, and it was not overly Loud due to the Crowd. Overall a Wonderful Dining Experience. I Highly recommend eating here.

Recently went to Broad Street IC & P for the first time. It's a great spot - recently remodeled, modern vide, extensive menu with a variety of choices - salads, flat breads, pizzas, entrees, pastas, sandwiches...the list goes on. All of our food was good and portions were generous overall. The restaurant is also connected to the remodeled neighborhood movie theater. Very unique spot and we'll go again!

Very nice place to eat! Prices comparable and fair! Special appetizers, drinks and entrees were good as well. We walked there after seeing a show at Montgomery Theater! Highly recommend

I wouldn't call the noise level "energetic". It's very loud because most of the surfaces are hard and can't absorb the noise. The staff is very nice and attentive, the food was good, and everything looked clean & fresh. I've had lunch there & it was much quieter. Saturday nights are crowded, so it is a popular place to go to and a lot of families are there that night. That says they feel comfortable going there and it must be their favorite place.

Good but not great, I had the Chicken Marsala, lots of mushrooms, not much chicken, two small pieces to be exact, not worth the $23. The Negroni was very good, and our server Julianna did a very good job also. Would I recommend?... probably, but not resounding one.
