I Visited the New Souderton Location and was met with such a warm smile and Hello from all the young ladies as I walked up to the counter. There was a specific young lady Anaya who was absolutely lovely and made me one of the best machas I have ever had she recommended oat milk and it was a GAME changer for me. I will certainly be returning to give my business 💚🥰👏🏼

Multiple times now they have closed early or stopped making drinks early. If you post hours and you are actually physically working during those hours you should take care of customers. If machines have to be shut down and cleaned then schedule time for that after your posted hours. Very disappointing.

If I could I would give zero stars I would. I went in around 1pm, on 12/13/24. There were two ladies, one was a younger lady with a mustache. The other lady was old lady, named marry. They were extremely rude, kept rolling their eyes when I ordering. You’re in customer service, if you don’t want to deal with customers and simply make coffee then quit because it’s in your job description, clearly you didn’t read it. They didn’t make my caramel Brulé Frappuccino, they made me a caramel Frappuccino. When I asked them to please fix it, they were so rude about it. The The prices for the both are completely different. Obviously these ladies need more training or make everyone happy and fire them.

Well … I am accustomed to several cafe and drive thru Starbucks in our local area and this is a licensed store. My decaf latte was a bit lackluster. I get 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla … which I could barely taste. However, I got the BEST gluten free ginger cookie I’ve ever had!!! It was huge so I took it home and shared this delectable goody with my family! The barista who made my latte must have been having a bad day. She literally slammed my cup down on the handoff plane. I thanked her and barely got a grunt. The barista who took my order was helpful and friendly. When I asked what gluten free items that had she suggested the ginger cookie! I have been at this particular licensed store before however, this is first time I cannot give it 5 stars.
