Well … I am accustomed to several cafe and drive thru Starbucks in our local area and this is a licensed store. My decaf latte was a bit lackluster. I get 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla … which I could barely taste. However, I got the BEST gluten free ginger cookie I’ve ever had!!! It was huge so I took it home and shared this delectable goody with my family! The barista who made my latte must have been having a bad day. She literally slammed my cup down on the handoff plane. I thanked her and barely got a grunt. The barista who took my order was helpful and friendly. When I asked what gluten free items that had she suggested the ginger cookie! I have been at this particular licensed store before however, this is first time I cannot give it 5 stars.

I ordered a “Grande”.The cashier thought I was completely oblivious, which I am, because I rarely ever order Starbucks. She charged me $11.98 for two small cups. I did not know this until my friend ordered a large cup, and he got charged like $5 instead for a grande cup.Basically, I got scammed yesterday. I don’t think I am ordering from Starbucks ever again. Thank you cashier.

I love Starbucks in souderton at giant. They are always so great and I don't think ever gotten my drink wrong. You're espresso machine frustrates me sometimes but seriously the best costumer service. I love all the girls. Thanks for making my morning coffee so enjoyable even though it's a ridiculous order!

Drinks are usually extremely watered down and incorrectly made, also if you come after 4 chances are they closed early.

I have been to many Starbucks but this one is really good because I like Starbucks and Dunkin' but it's way better than your regular cup of coffee.

Employees need more training on how to make a strawberry refresher. Light water with extra base of strawberry means I don't want it watered down. I initially told them at the register "Light water, with extra base of strawberry" and she clearly wrote that on the cup, therefore there was no room for confusion. I saw them prepare it with that watered down version they have pre-made in the pitcher. Once they called me, i tasted it to make sure it was maybe just a color issue, however that was not the case, it was water with a hint of flavor. I told them it was watered down and i requested extra base of strawberry, they took my drink, threw some out, only to add more of that pre-mixed watered down refresher ?♀️?♀️ .... c'mon, it ain't that difficult. If they want to cut cost just charge me extra for the extra strawberry base, however if I'm paying $6 for a drink, at least make it good. There is a handful of Starbucks locations that "DO" get it right. What is being requested is not impossible.
