Me and my bf came here after leaving homecoming early, waiting in line for a total of 30 minutes with waiting 10 minutes at the speaker for our order to get taken. we had to repeat it 3 times and the woman taking our order was completely inexperienced with the ordering system. i worked at wendy’s for 6 months and from personal experience i know it is not hard to get an order correct. we had to re-order our food at the window, as if we didn’t already repeat it 5 times. they did end up giving us our correct order with extra free food. still doesn’t really make up for all the time wasted though.

So, the other night I came here to get something quick for my 2 children who like this food (I've stopped patronizing this place for a long time because it used to be the fastest drive thru line between McDonald's and Burger King but that is no longer the case) and the girl over the intercom told me that the are only taking cash because their machine broke down.

I had some cash on me, so it did not seem like a problem. While I was getting my cash to pay at the window, I was short a few cents. I was going to ask them to just let it go, because clearly, it was not my fault that your credit card machine is down.

I remember that the girl's face looked worried that I wasn't going to find the last forty cents to give to her.

Once I found the change, the manager handed me the food that I ordered and it looked like she had needle marks all up and down her arm.

After I left, it dawned on me that I think they were scamming and were just trying to take people's money and stealing from the company.

I don't know what happened with the management, but the people that run it look like they came off the street and are doing hard drugs.

If I were you, I would stay away from this place.

Something is going on with this Wendy's not sure what. Last time we went they were "closed for training" (never heard of that, thought fast food places did on the job training) this time the inside was closed and only the drive through was open ( looked like there was only one or two people working). I guess all the people they trained decided to not stay. This would explain why we don't eat here very often, whereas we used to eat at the Wendy's in Doylestown all the time. As for the food, what should have been cold was warm and what should have been hot was also warm. Go figure.

Very slow and inefficient at night. Waited 23 minutes to get my son dinner. It’s called fast food/drive-through for a reason people. Management needs to get their act together. They are also losing business as cars in front of me and behind me left. These are paying customers with money in their pockets waiting to give to you. You need to find a faster way to serve the Wendy’s community.

Never again will I go to this Wendy's the woman that took our order was rude , charges us more for the same items we order from the Wendy's in Lansdale . When my husband was handed his frosty the lady did not even make sure he had his hand on it and dropped it than looked at him like it was his fault. Worse service and food NEVER AGAIN, will maaaake the drive to the. Lansdale location

I am tired and I don’t eat in my car. The dine in is supposed to be open till 10pm. This is frustrating. It is 8pm on a Friday night and I can’t get in.

I can't speak to what an experience would be like using their app at another Wendy's, but I can speak to this one compared to other similar restaurants and their in-app ordering.

If you are ordering from this Wendy's through the app and expecting to get fast food, I hate to break it to you but that will not be happening.

I feel like anytime I've ordered through an app at any other establishment. It's been pretty seamless. Yet every time I have ordered at this Wendy's through the app it has taken well over 20-30 minutes to be ready, even for a single item.

I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but it absolutely exists at this location. Maybe it's Wendy's as a whole? But I have yet to experience something like this once at any of their competitors. I've also yet to have a seamless experience here unfortunately.

I went to pick up a doordash and ended up being there for 30 minutes waiting. The manager clearly did not know what she was doing. That place seems like there is 0 management and 0 order. I didn’t even get acknowledged till I was standing there for 15 minutes. Not only did the manager not know what she was doing, she was extremely rude. Just in the time I was there she clapped at her employee then he threatened to walk out. I don’t normally write reviews but I have never seen anything like that.

Zero customer service and work ethic. Lazy manager doesn’t care or show hustle. Younger kid showed more maturity and confidence over the manager in charge.
Zero stars really should contact corporate management instead of a google review.
