Door locked in during lunch time. 2 different drivers canceled my order. They won’t open the door and was asking the drivers to wait behind a long line in the drive thru. Poor kid cried because his nugget meal came an hour and a half later all soggy and nasty.

Sign says $1.69 for junior fries. The guy rings me up at 2:29 and tells me that's the price he doesn't "control the computer.". I'm not sure who's more in control of the computer and the sign, Wendy's or me, going through the drive-thru? Somebody should figure that out at the store...

The drive through person cut me off when I was giving my order. He didn’t ask me a size or just a sandwich or meal, and assumed I was gonna order 1 meal. I actually was gonna order a second sandwich for a later meal time in the day. The line for drive through was backed up. Then when I went to pay, he gave me back my card and handed me my food and drink while calling me captain America because of the shirt I was wearing. I guess he was trying to make me laugh but I was in no mood because of a headache, and being cut off on the speaker. The unprofessionalism of nicknaming or name calling customers, trying to be funny is unethical for business. Stop doing those things and maybe you won’t be backed up at the drive through and have happier customers at the window.

Ordered the loaded nacho burger for delivery, came about an hour late and had no toppings and was covered In what looked like dish water, mayo(?) and nacho cheese. Customer service said their systems were down and couldn't help me until next week, and no one will pick up the store phone.Update:William texted me personally to apologize acouple days later. Although the customer care was no where close to immediate, it's extremely appreciated that there was outreach on corporates end.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife and I thought we'd try this Wendy's again after MANY previous bad experiences, and it didn't disappoint. We, along with 2 other customers, waited almost 10 minutes at the counter without any employee even acknowledging us being there. At one point, I yelled back to the woman handling the drive-in orders if the counter was open, and she just stared at me without ever answering. Needless to say, we walked out. This place just continues to be a dump as far as service is concerned year after year.

My husband, our son, and I stopped in at the Souderton Wendy's on a Monday at lunchtime. The location is very cramped and narrow inside, making it difficult and uncomfortable to navigate. It's okay if you just want a burger or a basic chicken sandwich. Otherwise, there aren't really any other options. I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich without tomato. I was given a baconator. I am allergic to beef, plus it wasn't what I ordered. We took it back and were given another sandwich. This time, it was a regular chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and pickle, not the sandwich that I ordered. Once again, we had to exchange it. The cashier put the order in correctly, but unfortunately, the person making the order was not reading the tickets. The correct sandwich was finally made, and it was okay. It was not great, just okay. It had been a while since we had been to Wendy's before going this time. It will not be a place that we go back to anytime soon, if at all. While technically handicapped accessible it is not comfortable at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spaces are available. The restaurant is technically handicapped accessible, but it is very narrow and difficult to navigate.
