They got my order wrong and yelled at me for telling them so. The owner kept saying that he was the owner and he knew what I said. He cursed at me. They gave me good food but the owner does not understand customer service.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Italian Village Pizza on Ridge Road in South Park, PA. On several occasions, they haven’t been able to complete our full order, leaving out items we paid for. They also failed to return with the missing items or provide a refund.

The service has been consistently disappointing. Orders take longer than expected, and the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. Taking an order, preparing pizzas and hoagies correctly, and delivering everything in a reasonable amount of time shouldn’t be this difficult.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place based on the repeated issues we’ve had.

I was going to order from here I know their food is good but they don't have a menu online which I think is extremely stupid and the menu I found is on Facebook only I don't have Facebook they need to have a menu on their website so people can see what they want to order I was tempted to just call and ask and ask question after question about what they had but I don't really want to be bothered so I think I'll go elsewhere and until they can put a menu on their website

As far as the pizza goes, I always felt they were severely underrated...I been going to this location for awhile, consistently having perfect dough, always happy to order when im near one

Great place. Hard to get ahold of bc I’ll call and no answer on days google say their open. 1 out of every 3 times they actually pick up but boy when they do I’m excited

This is a family-run shop where they pride themselves on fresh ingredients and great service.

Tries to order pizza and wings last night 2/10 and mo one answered the phone ..and their hours said open till 8 pm. i drove past and the sign said open but clearly no one was there!

The fact that you go on a black owned business post and troll , is so sad . Your pizza doesn’t matter if you are a garbage person

This is our go to place for stromboli. It's always great. Tonight we had the scicilian pizza with pepperoni. It was great, tasty and crisp.
