Had to cancel my booking right after I made it due to a misunderstanding about what kind of establishment this is. The Inn wouldn't refund me directly, but they told me I would be refunded if I went into booking.com to do the cancellation. No refund was given, and after spending more than an hour with booking.com customer service they wouldn't give me a refund either. The refund policy apparently boils down to maybe we will, maybe we won't (we won't). No help from management whatsoever to resolve the situation.

This place is amazing. Has the longest bar in Poconos! Beautiful inside and awesome people! The cook and owner Bob are born on the Poconos best kept secret when it comes to cooking. I've had to stay here multiple times as well as his burgers. Simply amazing! The bartender Moriah is funny pretty, and witty. I love her!The outside picnic tables are great for outdoor dining on a beautiful night / day, has sit down dining as well as a lounge area with a fireplace. Not to mention billiards. I will recommend this place to everyone and go as much as I can. Did I mention the bartender's pretty.....

Had app there. Very good. Excellent wing sauce with great flavor and actual heat. Bartender was very nice. If tour not in a rush, it's a surprisingly nice place.

We enjoyed our dinner here last week. Nothing fancy, just a bar with pool tables, and some dining tables, but enjoyable. Best burgers we've had in a long time.

This is the best of the 'dive bar' genre. Huge bar, pool tables, outside space with stream, pub grub and generous drinks and owners. We spent the night in a comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. I don't know why the locals don't pack this place to the rafters.
