Had a very good haddock sandwich and fries and the seafood gumbo was delicious. Our waitress was outstanding considering she was the only person serving crowded bar and dining area.
This was one of my regular haunts back in my early 20s. Cheap drinks and a laid-back attitude. What's not to love. They have several different beers on tap and several more bottled drinks. This is also one of the places where you can get either Coke on tap or Pepsi in a can. As a hard core diet Coke drinker, I can't stand Pepsi so I get it when you go the a restaurant and they are serving the one you don't like. Wow, the food was so good I forgot to take a picture. I got thr Philly Cheese Steak (it's served with some potato chips) also got an order of the fried onion pedals, they were amazing, and I loved the spicy sauce that comes with them. We also got some beer battered fries, and they were bomb too! Best of all is how affordable the whole meal was.
