Been getting pho from this place for years and always a 5 star experience, but the recent changes they implemented are pretty lame.
1)no chopsticks with my order 2)dirty sauce cups place directly into my food bowl 3)no more separate pile of sprouts, as i've come to expect from every single take-out pho place(my favorite thing to crunch on while i wait for my gf to finish) instead is already placed into the bowl, reducing the amount of noodles that can be fit inside.
I understand saving money, but you don't mess with traditions you've upheld for nearly half a decade

The House of Pho is a lovely Vietnamese strip mall restaurant I had the chicken stir-fry and I wish I had taken photos, the presentation was nice and the food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is gentle and inviting, the service is also very kind in their demeanor. I will definitely be eating here again.

This place is horrible and the man at the counter was extremely rude. He could not give me an exact price and was so bothered I even asked in the first place. I ordered a pork bahn mi over the phone. I paid $15 two months ago, which is already pricey to me but I wanted to treat myself and I was craving one bad. I got there and I asked for the exact price after he vaguely said "$17 something" and rolled his eyes, sighed and stated "he'd have to exit out this screen" to give me the exact total. I said ok I can wait, and he walked away to take care of someone else. He came back and said "so do you want it or not." I laughed and calmly said he cant expect me to pay whatever he wants and charge me an amount I don't know about. He raised his voice and saying it isn't on the menu and he has to now exit his screen and cancel it to know the price and if i wanted it or not. I told him I didn't appreciate him raising his voice -- he cut me off and said "$17.69 including the tax." I was ready to pay it despite the sandwich being almost 20 dollars since I was on my lunch break and over it already. I saw the machine, and it said $18.01!!! I know its only a couple cents, but I asked multiple times for a price and it still wasn't accurate. I confronted him and said his machine says $18.01, and he yelled at me again saying it was 17.69. When he looked at the $18.01 on the screen, he just held up the machine again and said "ok its 18.01 now. do you want it or not". I walked right out. You should be able to provide a customer with an exact price without them having to beg, and without someone raising their voice and complaining about exiting a screen. Almost $20 for a sandwich? I will stick with Pho Ben City even if its a little farther -- they are super respectful, quick to serve you and HAVE BAHN MI'S UNDER $15.

I have no idea why this isn't packed with customers. My wife and I are from Houston and found this place by a happy accident. We eat quite a bit of Asian food and this is, far and away, some of the best we've had.

Very good chicken pho, but the older man working was very disrespectful! He gave me an issue about giving me water because I didn’t finish my pho.

Staff was very nice. Vegetarian pho was disappointing, veggies were minimal and disappointing , the tofu was not fried. Pho didn’t come with hoison or sriracha. Broth was good but I don’t think I’ll order again.

I spent 88$ then the place closes at 8. At 8:03 the guy kicked us out like a piece of trash. I felt so insulted. I couldn't believe I kicked out while still only after 3 minutes after they've closed. Stay far away from this place!!

Great food, but the opening hours… excuse me…. Every time I want to stop by, they are closed Opening Saturday after 3:30.. Monday closed, etc Just a shame that they are losing customers
