Dining area is very nice and clean. The cheesesteak didn’t meet the Steak and Hoagie standard that Warminster and Newtown meet. 15$ for a chewy roll and the steak was bland - much different than other locations.

They have kids in there doing more talking than working. Screwed my order up. Waiting for food they decided to put it in the delivery pile. Not paying attention. It took 10 min to realize my sandwiches in another pile. Not going back

I used a coupon from Clipp For $30 and purchased 24 wings and asked for celery, which is what is pictured with their photograph of wings and was told they don’t have celery. I also said I didn’t need extra blue cheese as I have it at home and when I got home, I got none in the bag. I basically paid $34.50, including tax, for 24 wings. Very disappointing.

I make it a point of grabbing a Philly Cheesesteak from this place, I've had a bunch of different ones from around the area and this is my favorite.

If you know SHF, you already know their food is fresh, fast and delicious. I’ve been eating here since they opened and they never disappoint. My favorite is the cheesesteak but once in a while, I’ll try something different and I am never sorry I did. Great service and nice people!

I called for assistance with ordering due to food allergies. I was told by one person, they don't know what's in the food. Another person says they put MSG in ALL their food. The third person, the "manager" asked ME if MSG is in all processed food. I plan to stear clear of this place. Terrible staff and dangerous for people with food allergies.

Great sandwiches but man are they slow

Among the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Perfect rib-eye steak cooked just right with plenty of melted cheese. The bread is amazing: crispy outside and soft inside. The staff are great too! This my favorite go-to place for cheesesteaks from now on.

Steak and Hoagie Factory is a great place to keep in mind for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and the menu has plenty of options to keep you coming back for more. If you enjoyed The Works when it was open you will also enjoy Steak and Hoagie Factory. They use the same rolls which are really tasty. I like the buffalo chicken cheesesteak wrap (specify shredded chicken if you don’t want tenders) and they have several types of wraps available. If you prefer the rolls definitely check out the regular buffalo chicken cheesesteak. The fries and mozzarella sticks are also a big hit. You’ll often catch the owner working behind the counter, very nice guy. They also have fountain soda, bottled drinks and bagged chips if you are looking to grab a lunch to take with you for later. I haven’t tried the hoagies myself but they certainly look good. The kitchen and grills are open concept so you can watch your food being made and the appliances and counters are clean. The lunch rush is serious at this place so plan accordingly and get your order in on time but If you have to wait for your food its still worth it!

Was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Hung up and called another hoagie shop.

Messed up our order twice and did not offer any kind of refund. Seems they cannot handle the volume, as things tend to get mixed up/missed when they are overly busy.
