“I called ahead to inquire about if the food was spicy as I tried the halal spot up the street from them and couldn’t get beyond a fork full because it was WAAYYY too spicy. Figured I’d give these guys a try and THANK God I did!!! Not only was there a huge amount of food but the little kick of spice was not over baring and left space for plenty of favor. I asked for extra white sauce and they delivered on that as well. They were nice accommodating and the food was good. This was my first time goin there so I did call and let them know the food was great and you could tell the guy needed to hear that you could hear him smile through the phone I’m not sure why this place isn’t way busier but trust me it’s worth it! “We came here for the deep fried gizzards. Not the healthiest but tasty. This is more like a twice a year event. They also have deep fried liver but the gizzards are way better. The portions are generous. Even the small portion can fill you up. The fried chicken is a bit tasteless. The deep fried pies are really good.“
