Updating a previous review where I had noted that we tried the virtual burratta class and were not able to use the end product. When Caputo Brothers saw my review, they reached out proactively and offered to replace my previous order so I could give it another try or to refund. I chose to try again and they promptly sent me new curds. Now that is excellent customer service that you just don't see much of any more. I'm very impresssed.
