Was just there with my fiance 20 minutes ago at the springdale location and had the worst server I've ever witnessed. Ordered a small malt shop brownie on a cone, and a root beer float. The kid working there today gave me all the ice cream on top of the cone none inside the actual cone. it was a dripping unpleasant mess, and had to throw it away as it was getting everywhere and impossible to eat without it falling all off the cone. There wasn't any rootbeer in my fiance's float either. If hes new, train him better. Working at an ice cream place, I'd at least expect him to know how to properly scoop into a cone.

Lived in Springdale growing up and Glen's was always the place to go
My girlfriend and I tried a small mocaccino custard (their new gourmet flavor) and a medium pumpkin pie custard. We also got a pint of malt shoppe brownie for home. The service was very friendly and we got our order very quickly.
We haven't tried the pint yet but both thought our cups were fantastic! The consistency was great, neither melted too quickly, and the small cup was almost as big as the medium. We also thought the flavors were very tasty.
We're definitely planning to come back soon to try some of the other flavors!
