The only reason why I'm giving a two start instead of a one is because the food is actually really good but the customer service is awful. My wife and I are new to the area and figured we give tnt a try. After I got home from picking up my food I realized my order was wrong. After I tried calling 5 times that evening, I eventually got a hold of someone the next day who said they would credit our account. We decided to give them another try and to my dismay re never received any credit to our account and once again our food was wrong. Even though the food is good, we will no longer be supporting this business.

I love this place. The buffalo chicken pizza is literally my favorite pizza of all time. Discovered this place when I was traveling for work and now that I live in pittsburgh. I try and make my way here as often as possible. Also, check out the chicken tenders and fresh cut fries also ? soo delicious. ?

Almost every Friday we get pizza. Usually from here. And 9 times out of 10 we have to cut the pizza at home. It's like they don't even try. Or they use the dullest blade in Springdale. And the slices couldn't be more inconsistent on size. The center of the pizza is a mushy mess. Super greasy. It's good, sometimes. But nothing I'd recommend.

Charged me 15$ for the wrong food. Then refused to refund me. They insisted I drive my wrong food back to get what the should have given in the first place. Also the audacity for them to think after I got home to feed my daughter I'm going to turn around and go wait longer? I have a receipt showing they charged me for a dynamo hoagie. I received an Italian. There is a price difference and my wasted time along with my empty stomach is not cool. Worse part is I set my insulin (im diabetic) for the dynamo and now that I'm without food I'm hoping to not end up in an emergency room before I can cook something.

I ordered nearly 50 dollars worth of food for pick up. When I came home, my order was incorrect. I called and stated I recieved an Italian hoagie in place of the dynamo (which is steak) the girl placed me on hold, stated I could come back up for another hoagie. I stated that I was not leaving the house because we were settled in for the night. My daughter was eating her personal pizza and watching a movie. I just wanted a refund for the hoagie. My boyfriend split the wedgie with me and the hoagie was wasted because no one in my household likes italian dressing. I wasn't demanding a refund for the whole amount, just the sandwich that was incorrect. I heard every excuse, that they were very busy, the delivery driver made a mistake (it was pick up)Why should I not receive my money back again (only for the sandwich)Why should I be out 15 dollars for something I never recieved?

The pizza is now in my top ten in the Pittsburgh area Not living over this way or having it before will never happen again. Really good all around pizza. The flavor is just amazing. It doesn’t look nearly as good as it tastes! I definitely recommend the place and will be back again. Staff was cool to talk to and even got to hear some Johnny Cash playing when I picked up my pie.

Undercooked pizza everytime i order. I've ordered multiple times, Saturday will be my last. I order the same half pep/half cheese pizza and a whole Italian hoagie.The hoagie was fine and usually is. However, the pizza dough is so UNDERCOOKED everytime I will never order pizza from TNT again. Perhaps it should be labeled as a take and bake because I had to cook the pizza another 15 minutes when I got home. Never again.
