Auntie Anne's

Approximately at 4:25 today I came to auntie Anne’s by my son request while we were shopping. As we are in line waiting the light skin young lady who I have to say has such a very ugly personality she made jokes to the team about my son. She was the ones making pretzels she stated my son head was huge and as big as the character head “stewie” the young lady behind her who has a little bit more weight than her found it funny and laughed! I just left the line and no longer wanted any service from them it was loud enough for
Me to hear and I’m sure if the joke kept going my son would have heard it as well. I only didn’t say anything because my son was here it would have hurt his feelings to know grown adults can be bullies to. I tried to get her name but didn’t see a name tag on her but I guess thats how she make her day go by fast by belittling children! A line full of adults and she chooses my child!

This place used to be great 10 years ago. It was all family run now the pretzels are not as good as it used to be.

Service could be better, I have gone here for months due to no other place near me selling good cinnamon pretzels with a reasonably sized dipping cup for sauces. Unfortunately, all of the workers are rude and seem tired- no matter what time of the day it is. Their tone is very disregarding and they do not make any effort to smile or lighten up on their tone; along with mumbling the majority of the time. I work in food service too, so I understand how tiring it can be dealing with customers, but I often work 10-11 hour shifts and I still treat customers with respect and with a smile.

Being paid minimum = minimum effort workers are putting into their job. They need to be paid more, along with actually respecting their customers.

The only time the workers seem lively is when they are talking about drama towards each other. Overall, not a good place to go to if you want to talk to workers who don't care about their jobs and are working there just for a quick buck. If they were kinder, then they would have gotten good tips.

Cashier was very rude

Tried the new Oreo nuggets and it was dry and hard doesn’t look like the picture this is unacceptable never coming back and I didn’t feel welcome at all

This Auntie Anne's location in The Springfield Mall has good staff members. Keep up the good work 👍

Older lady making pretzels today touched her glasses then cut dough. And rolled pretzels . Place looks gross

The staff….dont even waste your time

real piece of crap at the register gave me a soaking wet cup and laughed as my son let it slip out of his hands and wouldnt give us a free refill. He wouldn't come out from behind the counter but I will be stopping back in.

Just stopped there to grab a couple pretzels for a kid's birthday party the guy working the register looks like his name begins with a D. hates his job and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. Should also probably train your employees to say thank you as well.

Sometimes the line can be long and there is no seating but otherwise it is

On Christmas Eve this year 2023, one of the employees harassed my husband when our daughter was with him. The employee asked for his phone number he told her that he was married. She then told my husband that she did not care and she would still like his number. He again told her no! The audacity of her to do that in front of our daughter! The manager was very nice and said she would talk to the employees about this. I will still be calling corporate. My family will never be back there again! The company needs to train their employees on harassment. This was unacceptable.

They have very poor customer service the only person that was nice was the older lady Ms.Bernadette won’t be coming back unless she’s present present.
