real piece of crap at the register gave me a soaking wet cup and laughed as my son let it slip out of his hands and wouldnt give us a free refill. He wouldn't come out from behind the counter but I will be stopping back in.

Just stopped there to grab a couple pretzels for a kid's birthday party the guy working the register looks like his name begins with a D. hates his job and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. Should also probably train your employees to say thank you as well.

On Christmas Eve this year 2023, one of the employees harassed my husband when our daughter was with him. The employee asked for his phone number he told her that he was married. She then told my husband that she did not care and she would still like his number. He again told her no! The audacity of her to do that in front of our daughter! The manager was very nice and said she would talk to the employees about this. I will still be calling corporate. My family will never be back there again! The company needs to train their employees on harassment. This was unacceptable.

They have very poor customer service the only person that was nice was the older lady Ms.Bernadette won’t be coming back unless she’s present present.

Slow service and served with an attitude. One employee continued to apologize to the customers for the poor customer service of her coworker.

I’m just leaving @2:47 on the 6/25/22 and I ordered 3 drinks, one strawberry, 2blackberry the employee asked what side did I order I told her the regular one she says to other employee I wish she would make up her mind and walked off, how rude?! I don’t understand if u don’t want to work then don’t come to work!?! Lightskin big girl with the puff and 2braids!

The radin pretzel was soft and hot. Love it. The price for 1 pretzel is too high.

I absolutely love their pretzels. They have so many good options. Always has a long line that is served very quickly. The employees are nice.

The one girl working here was SO foul. Not my fault your life choices have you stuck working here. Pretzels were fine.

I love it my favorite of the cinnamon bites and the they're really polite and they're actually really cheap. I have long lines but it's worth it. I really recommend this place it's so amazing!

Always a long line. They know it's gonna be busy & that's when they begin to make pretzels ?
