Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Our server was wonderful though food took a long time to come out. Food was average as usual. Good food for the price.

The pizza was good, but the other dishes we ordered were not very good. The food also did not come out at the same time. The service was poor. I asked for Parmesan cheese and it took the waitress 15 minutes to come back with it. My meal was already getting cold by the time she came back. She also forgot to bring out our drinks and when she remembered only brought out one towards the end of the meal.

I always loved Bertucci’s but like many chains they struggled for awhile and weren’t good. Went back for the first time in a few years and it was fantastic! Our waitress Shannon was excellent. Definitely going back soon!

*Edit: Just wanted to add that a year later and still great, this time around we had Jess and she was absolutely wonderful!

We arrived on Thanksgiving for our 4pm reservations. Place was pretty empty. Hostess told us we would not be able to be served for 20 min because the only server they had on staff was running late due to traffic. But then the hostess just sat there and stared at us while we were standing there. We asked if we could be seated - the place was empty and she sits us in a booth with a huge rip in the seat cushions. We sat at the table for 20 min - no service - no manager - no drinks and then finally left. This place is a mess. Never going back.

Our waiter was extremely helpful and caring. My food was only warm in some areas-as if was sitting under heat lamps for an extended period of time. This Bertucci used to be our “go to” for informal and inexpensive dining. At their current price point there are many more desirable choices.

Had a decent dinner, sat at the bar while watching some football. Bartender did a great job not only serving the bar, but with serving our food too.

We sat at a table for 15 minutes. Multiple servers walked by our table and ignored us. No one brought us drinks or took our order. After 15 minutes, we got up and left and went to another restaurant. Will not be back. Ever.

Went for my girlfriends birthday every was good then she found a hair in her food so it ruined the whole meal we ended up just splitting my food and took hers home I would think they would compensate the platter but they didn’t just gave us our $70 bill and said sorry about that

Dined in today with my family. Service was fantastic, and food was pretty good too. My only complaints are the atmosphere. The place is outdated, the bathrooms have trash everywhere, the tables were so sticky but our server assured us they’re not dirty that it’s just the finish coming off. Kinda shows how much they care about upkeep here. There was a tall man in the back of the kitchen screaming so loud every 5 minutes that we couldn’t even focus on enjoying conversation with eachother. The cooks might forget it’s an open kitchen.

Cassandra was an excellent server—accommodating, friendly, informative, great on following up with is. Our dinners were excellent, as were the rolls and ceaser salads. We will be back in short order.

Jenn took care of us tonight! She was wonderful! Very attentive and all of her suggestions were a hit. Will definitely be coming back and requesting her upon our return!

Lindsay, our server for tonight, was very attentive and friendly! She was an excellent waitress and deserves to be rewarded because she made our experience at Bertucci’s great. Bread rolls and both the puchillo and plain cheese pizzas were hot and tasted fresh. Decor could definitely use some sort of update but it’s not the biggest deal. Definitely a great location.

The salad was so good lol ive never had a salad that good the service was ok they kinds stayed away cuzz they was cleaning to end the night
