One of the best burgers I've had! The fries didn't look impressive, but were cooked to perfection with a nice seasoning. Great service and beer selection too! I would layer the burger a little differently than served. I wish that the lettuce was underneath the burger patty to block the juice on the bottom bun since it is a thick juicy patty instead of trendy thin smashed cooked burgers. The burger was cooked perfectly. Fresh toppings. Thick tomato slices, high quality pickles and the cheese melted just right! I assumed from the location and the logo that this was a chain place. It's not and I kinda wish it was being from Ohio. I cannot wait to have another Blackout Burger!

I had the Bison burger it was amazing best piece I had, it was cooked very good, Bison has to be cooked a certain way, it was good. Great server was very nice and pleasant, gave us suggestions since it was our first time there. We will be back for sure.

Amazing burgers!! Bacon Jam is phenomenal. Cheese curds are a great choice. Great service. Definitely worth the ride to Mercer.
I treat myself to this place every once in a while great food, awesome selection of milkshakes and never have I had bad service. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just seems pricey.Dietary restrictions: My dad has gluten intolerance and it's always awesome to see him perk up when some place has gluten free buns.
Food is always amazing. The bartender is always friendly, has a great memory & makes you feel welcome. It's a great place to grab a quick meal or eat with your whole family- kids, too!Parking: It's a huge parking lot that wraps around the building & shares spots w/ other businesses. Plenty of spots. In summer, due to mall traffic, it may be more difficult.Kid-friendliness: Great sliders, chicken fingers, homemade chips & fries for kids!Wheelchair accessibility: No steps at all.
Very clean, cozy atmosphere with good beer, a great burger and fries, and my friends really enjoyed the wings. Will definitely be back!

It was just ok. Trying to compare to Burgatory but I wouldn't say it is quite as good. 3 burgers and an app for $70, that's a little steep. I got the bacon jam burger and it was pretty good, cooked well. Service was great. Overall a good burger but a little over priced and nothing that really stood out as a place that I would go out of my way for again.

We have been repeat supporters of Blackout Burgers Grove City for quite some time..but our rmost recent visit was a huge letdown. The service, once outstanding, seemed lacking, particularly for the support of new hires as our waitress was. It felt like there was a lack of support from the management and for the team as a whole and it was visibly noticable. Notably, during our time there, the owner who walked in unannounced appeared distant, aloof, not engaging with the employees or management, and giving a sense of detachment..very uncharacteristic of a small business owner who should be hands on with a business that he loves and has created. We later confirmed that this individual was INDEED the owner which was very disheartening and sad to say the least. Although the food itself was decent..unfortunately, without improvements and respect to their staff, we will support and seek out other local restaurants and support those in the area during our next trip. It's sad for a local business..especially a small business in this day in age to treat their employees in this manner. We will not return.
