Carrabba's Italian Grill

I have ordered carside several times at this location and each time the order is not ready at the time designated, which is fine I can understand needing an extra 10 minutes sometimes especially if the place is busy but each time we are either the only car there for pick up and when we go inside there is only ever one or two tables eating. Today my food took 40 minutes to be ready with having to call in to have them bring it out, and part of my order was excluded from the bag and was not made and I ended up having to wait an additional 10 minutes. At this rate it would have been quicker to dine in and taken the food to go with out ordering a head making the whole interaction 20 minutes rather then the hour long ordeal it ended up being.Whats the point of checking in on the app at the time designated if no one contacts you to tell you they know you are there or your food is not ready and will take additional time? I could understand if it was busy but each time its been slow. Unacceptable.My dine in experiences have always been lovely.

Our server, Sarah, was so nice and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to ask for anything. It was like she read our minds. The food was amazing!! The owner stopped by our table and he was very nice as well. We will definitely be back!!
