The entire experience was amazing. Our server John was top notch...please request him. He went WAY above and beyond to help us out. The food was amazing and the desert(and I never eat desert) was amazing. Definitely get the cannoli...it was fantastic. We will definitely be back again.

Food and service in this restaurant has always been great for my family. I read the reviews about the owner but I have not personally seen any such behavior.

We had a group in to dine on February 24th 2024. A Saturday. The man I spoke with on the phone to make the arrangements, Jay, was very helpful. We had 15 people including a few kids and took 2 entrees home and ordered like 5 appetizers. Service was phenomenal. John, one of our waiters, was very welcoming and helpful and thorough at providing exceptional service, making jokes and ensuring he answered any questions we had. The woman paired with him was excellent as well and I don't want to misspell her name. No one had anything but praise for their entrees. Full bellies and happy faces all around. We were very happy overall. We brought our own wine, plenty of delicious bread and butter was provided along with ice water. Even the 2 items ordered off the children's menu were large portions. I ate my entree 3 times altogether, the portion was so generous. Most things come with soup or salad too. I enjoyed the crab/shrimp bisque (only one person thought it was a touch salty) and the shrimp and salmon in vodka sauce. Very delicious! We've been here before and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Parking: Small lot, but the venue isn't terribly large so it works out. Free parking.
Kid-friendliness: We had two 10 year olds, a three and five year old. Plus a baby. No issues. Kids portions were very large. Not necessarily going to be a lot of kids in general though, so make sure they know how to sit at a table and behave.

Went for the first time today for the Early Bird Special. We both had the Crab & Shrimp Bisque, and the Fisherman's Fra Diavlo. The soup and main dishes were both excellent. They were even able to make my wife's dish as a seafood marinara without the heat, but still very tasty. A small dessert (mini canolli for me, tiramasu for my wife) were included as well. Our server John, was super friendly and took good care of us. We really enjoyed our experience at Cascata Caffe and will return.

Garnish on shrimp Leyon like it was siting on the sun whole afternoon. Stake was over done crab cake was salty couldn’t eat it, after told them about salty food didn’t mention stake as apology they gave us Tiramisu that looks like table scrap wit a lot of cinnamon and after I called them they said this is how they serve🤬🤬Sorry can’t upload picture of tiramisu. Just loose a custOmer !
Most of the food here was excellent. I loved this fine Italian restaurant being a BYOB as well. While I thought the bread was tough, and Clams Casino not having much clam, I loved the other food I had. The Mushrooms Imperial, my Caesar's Salad, and Gnocchi Florentine I had were delicious. My Reese's Peanut Butter Cake was very good as well. Minus the frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, which was frozen too hard to bite into. I had a very good experience here, with my parents.
Parking: Parking was free, but tight. Only small spaces to park in.

We were here for a funeral luncheon - the servers did an excellent job at making the dining experience as comfortable as possible, which was appreciated after a difficult day. Excellent service and food!

First time here tonight with my husband and youngest daughter. Was really in the mood for a Lemon drop martini and had no idea this place was BYOB. No ones fault but our own so pepsi it was. Our server, Amanda, was awesome. Attentive without being over attentive. She made sure our drinks were filled and food came out correct. She even gave us the heads up that they space out their tickets and suggested we put the apps in and wait a few minutes before placing out entrée order. Ordered the calamari and clams casino apps, 2 Filet Cascatas, my daughter and I split it and it was plenty of food, as entrées which were delicious. Was not a fan of the green beans or ratatouille and the side salad had a ton of ranch which was off putting. Good food portions and friendly staff. All in all a good experience and will probably go back, with our bottles :)
