I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. The drive-thru line took over 30 minutes, which is unacceptable, especially given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for fast service. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and stale it didn’t even taste like the Chick-fil-a food we all know and love. The nuggets were barely cooked and were still frozen in the middle—completely inedible. Even the soda was flat and tasted off, like it had been sitting out for hours.

This location clearly needs serious management improvements. I’ve come to expect much better from Chick-fil-A, but this visit was beyond frustrating. I won’t be returning unless they make some major changes.

This place is set up in the worst way. People are stupid as it is, and then you want them to understand how to zipper in through the drive-through? The few times I've gone, I've had issues because of the drive through set up. Pass....

The drive-through is convoluted. Customers fighting over position like it's a Formula 1 race. Service is horribly slow. You can tell the employees are overworked. I like the food but waiting 20 min for an order is a bit out there. But then it's fast food, what do you expect?

Oredered food at the drive thru, paid for said food. Got home only to find out they left out alnost 30 bucks worth of food. Called the store and they said theres absolutely nothing they can do about it and hung up. Horrible customer service.
