Nasty! The night crew is sloppy and worse of all disrespectful, the strips are soggy and fall apart, the morning bowls are cold, the drive through is slow, the trash is right by the drive through, the managers are always in the lobby giving meetings , papers everywhere in the lobby uncomfortable eating in , Mac and cheese is runny, cups are so soft like they've been drunk from a billion times so much the lid comes off when I go to pull the cup out of my cup holder! Honestly I really don't like this place, get new managment

Last week I have had the worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I was almost done my whole sandwich and then I feel as tho there was something in the sandwich so I opened it up. There was a long piece of hair in my sandwich and probably could’ve of got me really sick if I had eaten the whole Sandwich . this is ridiculous bc all I wanted was a meal before I went to work . This is hands down the worst restaurant around .

Would give zero stars for absolutely horrible customer service.. Mobile app taking orders then disappearing to several people... Card was charged manager couldn't be bothered to address the issue and worker was clueless

Chic fil la, forgot my cookie, and not good food. The only thing holding up it’s 2 is their milkshakes. The milkshakes are really good, and they would have gotten a 3 if given me my chocolate chip cookie. Literally brought my brother everything he wanted and all I order was a cookie and they forgot it. Wow chic fil la. Maybe get your service better and your food. Now, a lot of people say their food is good and I am very picky, but not picky enough to say a chocolate chip cookie is bad. I can’t say it’s good or bad if I haven’t tried it yet. I would have tried it and probably given them a rating of 3, but they got a 2 only because their milkshakes and Icecream are so good.
